Coffee & Game

Hey everyone, here is my first build of 2020! This is NerdBrews, a small local coffee house in Windenburg. Founded by a few friends who bonded over Star Wars & DnD who loved coffee. They decided one day to create a place for gamers to gather with coffee, then NerdBrews was founded. This place has plenty of seating for students to study & a game room. NerdBrews also houses a video game club upstairs with its own private club room. Stocked for club members with gaming PCs, jukebox, geeky movie posters, fireplace & tv area. Come on by & join the nerd herd for a fun & inclusive gaming club experience paired with some awesome coffee! This is a new edition to my Windenburg Project (followed behind FunHaus & The Gym @ WindenSquare). Now on to the important stuff!

FunHaus Arcade & Alley

Omg another build Andy?! Hell yes! Idk what’s with me but I think a building bug has bit me. But anyways, here’s my newest build! Welcome to Funhause Arcade & Alley. A bar/lounge/bowling alley hybrid of a place. This place is perfect for your sims who want a fun night out alone, with family or friends or even a date! This place features a bowling alley, foosball tables, darts, arcade, don’t wake the lhama, gaming area, toddler play section, outdoor patio and a bar! This was a fun build to play and I hope y’all enjoy it in your game! This is another of my Windenburg Project Builds!

Hikaru’s House

Welcome to a little place that has tons of history for a group of friends. A place that is no stranger to late night parties & shenanigans. This is one of my favorite sims, Hikaru’s house. He’s put his hard earned money into this house since it’s previous renters wrecked a lot of it’s walls & floors. So Hikaru has been repairing things to the best of his ability. The house comes with his little office in the back he uses for his journalism career & a little photography section for his side job of taking professional photos. Hikaru lives alone here but he’s never really alone because he always has his friends here just hanging out, gaming, writing songs, drinking & everything else. Shoot, even Kade has drunkenly passed out here numerous times. The handy guest bedroom is perfect for friends like Kade who either are too drunk to drive home or are already passed out and need a place to sleep for the night. I hope y’all enjoy this build, it has sentimental value. I did have to replace some pictures & objects of my cc items to game content to make this build CC Free, but it still has its charm! Now on to the important details.
