Ouch... just... ouch. You can tell Larry really loved the show. We all did. I'm so sorry to see it go.

I watched the first two eps of Windy today and was really impressed! Imo, I think this show had a better start than Walker did (I still enjoy Walker tho!) I was also genuinely impressed by the wardrobe and cinematography. It felt like a real western to me... meanwhile The Winchesters couldn’t pull off the 70s vibe at all. Maybe I’m biased, but I think anyone who watches these shows without JP and JA in mind would notice the same.
I too was genuinely impressed by WIndy. I think you nailed it, people who watch due to manic attachment to Jared or Jensen might be biased and also watching for the wrong reasons so they will miss a lot of details.
Objectively, there's a huge difference in quality between WIndy and TW and it's undeniable.
WIndy has built a credible world, TW is still struggling to build it's own Universe and it's very hard to suspend disbelief when even the wardrobe looks like a cheap wannabe 70s halloween costume. They even included a musical number before setting up the world the characters were in. So many things are off and it's clear this series is "inspired" by too many others, they used comparisons to huge shows to promote this series and it's so low quality and badly written that those comparisons just make it even worse. Whereas WIndy built it's Universe little by little and credibly without trying to oversell but rather by playing up all the strengths.
Glad to know you are enjoying WIndy! 💕
Imagine the setting: it’s the late 1800s and the sun is just starting to set on the horizon. The sky is swirling with different hues of past
What a beautiful love letter to Walker: Independence! This is just a sampling, and I didn't include the 80+ responses from fans, but it's wonderful to see WIndy so loved!
We should have got at least one more season of WIndy.
Oh... don't even get me started. I think there's about 5% of me that's hoping the CW will realize their acquisitions are failing and renew WIndy once the strike is over. (The other 95% of me is far too much of a realist.)
The 3rd Annual Critics Choice Super Awards nominations were announced today, honoring Superhero, Science Fiction/Fantasy, Horror, and Action
Congratulations to Kat! Well-deserved!
Walker Independence will wrap up its freshman run with this Thursday’s finale, but it remains to be seen whether the episode will be the fin
I don't know about anyone else, but this article's given me some hope. People at the CW and CBS love Walker: Independence, and if the numbers don't just add up, at least they have a Plan B.

This cast and crew are amazing! Not only did Katie and Greg have to work out the scene within two hours, the crew likely had to reset all their positions as well. What an amazing show!
(Also "Banana Phone"! LOL!)
@kat.mcnamara So honored to be nominated among such incredible women by @criticschoice for Best Actor in an Action Series, Limited Series, or Made-For-TV Movie for #WalkerIndependence! #ccsuperawards
The nomination is so amazing! And to see the talent that Kat was nominated with! Awesome!
