Summary
International terrorists' increasing confidence in exploiting alien technology is becoming an alarming issue. Thus, the UN has forced MI6 and the D.E.O. to work together. For better or for worse, secret agents and renowned heroes are now on the same team; human and alien forces are joined together. Not only will cooperation be difficult, but also integrating new systems of work.
The main personnel of the D.E.O. moved into Britain, aiming for better relations with the British government. One of them is Winn Schott Jr., a proficient technician and programmer who joins the Q-branch. He's ecstatic to further his career by helping Supergirl and, by extension, the world. Yet, he's now in an environment where he's not the only genius.
The head of Q-branch, a rather pretentious man (according to Winn), is now beside him. A competitor. On top of the issues with communications between the D.E.O. and MI6 in the beginning, their rivalry was simply adding fuel to the fire.
Two men, two engineers, two geniuses.
Then the spark between them ignited.
