Summary:

It's the first Christmas after his father's death, and Arthur is spending the holidays in Ealdor, visiting an old university friend for the first time in years. With his father gone and his sister unreachable, he isn't expecting much joy from the festive season, but it turns out this might just be the beginning of something wonderful after all.

Merlin was a runaway who Arthur took in after he found him on his porch and decided he needed help. A year later, they celebrate their first Christmas as a couple, and offered to cook their friends Christmas dinner.

Who is reading the fanfiction(frerard) Winter Knights?

I finished The Winter Knights.

And I must say, I loved it, although I wanted to rip my hair out half the time because of how horrible Vilnix Pompolnius was. I also enjoyed all the characters that had already existed in Twig's trilogy popping up in the book. Like Screedius for instance. Sadly, there wasn't much Maris in this book. Well, I'm on to reading Clash of the Sky Galleons for the first time. Woo!
