remember to take care of yourself:
fuel your body: try eat healthy/seasonly, if you like soups they’re a great way of eating veg and make a cosy lunchtime meal
get plenty sleep and stay hydrated especially during party season
wrap up warm when you’re out and about, if you’re questioning taking that coat/scarf then take it
take vitamins to help your body through the colder weather, echinacea is also a winter must-have as it helps to prevent colds
find some comfortable + waterproof winter boots/shoes + a winter coat to stop yourself from getting cold or soaked
if you’re on limited hours of daylight, then try to spend some of it outside or at least near windows
take extra good care of your skin - try your best to moisturise daily + use a lip balm to avoid chapped lips
rest over winter break - your body needs time to relax!
allow yourself to have treats during the holidays
if you’re always cold then take a hot drink flask with you when you’re on the go
find indoor hobbies for when it’s too cold: reading a book? watching movies? board games? baking?
if you get ill then take some time to rest, that’s your body’s way of telling you to slow down
