HTHY MASTERLIST
ATTY. LANG’S OFFICE
“In a recent turn of events, James Buchanan Barnes, also known as the King of Brooklyn, was arrested earlier today following recent accusations that link him to the murder of Howard and Maria Stark. The case against Mr. Barnes seems solid, however representatives from both camps have yet to reach out to the press with more details.” Before the lady on TV could continue, the machine quickly fades to black as you click it off and throw the remote to the couch.
You continued to pace back and forth until you couldn’t hold back your rage any longer. “How could you let this happen, Lang? You’re supposed to be the best goddamn lawyer in this city!” You shouted angrily as you slammed your fists on Lang’s desk. “Whoa easy there tiger. I mean boss… lady…ma’am.” Lang said with his hands in the air. “We’re doing everything we can I promise you. My team has been working tirelessly, day and night to find a loophole without having to…” he trailed off. “Without having to what, Lang?” you asked in a low voice that sounded faintly like a growl. “Y/N, let’s talk privately, shall we?” Clint chimes in, opening the door to an empty conference room. Behind you, you hear Lang let out a shaky breath.
“Please, sit down. This discussion will be long and unpleasant,” Clint said cooly yet straight to the point despite your death glares; he was used to being on the receiving end of your anger and has since learned to handle it well. You sighed in exasperation and took a seat across him, folding your arms over your chest. “As you know, Mr. Barnes has turned himself over to the police, thereby taking full responsibility for the charges.”
“Yes, I am aware of the man’s idiocy, now tell me something I don’t know,” you rolled your eyes. “Mr. Barnes and I had a long, winding debate about this before he decided to turn himself in,” Clint continued. “You KNEW he was going to turn himself in? How could you let him, Barton?”
“I wouldn’t have, hence the long winding debate. But it was the only way to keep you out of it. See Tony and his team has cleverly found a way to plant enough evidence to incriminate not just James, but you as well. So in attempt to keep your name from being dragged into the mud…”
“The idiot decided to take the fall for everything,” you said pinching the bridge of your nose between your fingers. “So should I arrange for the car to take you to Bucky?” Clint said after you pulled away. “Yeah. It’s time I scolded the idiot in person. Just give me a few minutes to wrap things up with Lang,” you said straightening your skirt and walking back to Scott’s office.
MAXIMUM SECURITY
Bucky picks up the phone, motioning for his guest to do the same. “Orange really isn’t your color, Buck” Steve teases to lighten the mood. “Shut up, punk. You’re lucky there’s a sheet of glass between us or your eye would be black and blue,” he sasses back affectionately. “How is she, Steve?” he asks referring to you, mood shifting dramatically. “Not gonna lie, she’s pretty fucking upset. She’s especially pissed that you drugged her. She said, and I quote, ‘when I get my hands on that idiot, I’m going to punch him in his perfect teeth,’ end quote.” Steve said laughing at the memory, Bucky chuckled along with him. “Do you think she’ll come visit?” he asked sincerely. Steve has never seen his friend so vulnerable in his life. “Yeah Buck, she’ll come around. Last I left her, she was breathing down Lang’s neck and pressuring your army of lawyers to find a loophole. She loves you too much to stay angry for long,” Steve replied reassuringly. “But if she doesn’t,” Bucky began, “Bucky don’t even–”
“IF she doesn’t come around and lets me rot in here forever, tell her I’m sorry for breaking my promise, she’ll know what I mean. Make sure she knows that I did this all for her.” he said choking back tears. “Always so dramatic,” Steve quips despite the tears forming behind his eyes. “Time’s up,” says a stern voice from behind Bucky. “Steve, tell her…tell her I love her, will ya?” he says before hanging up. Steve nods his response and watches as Bucky is taken back to his cell.
After discreetly leaving some instructions with prison guards under Bucky’s influence, Steve headed out of the prison only to be intercepted by none other than Tony Stark. “Steve Rogers, as I live and breathe! Now tell me, what on earth are you doing here?” Steve came face to face with Tony and two of his bulkiest body guards. “My job. You told me to investigate the son of a bitch and I thought I might get some more leads by interviewing the man of the hour,” he lied smoothly. A useful skill he learned from Bucky. Tony searched Steve’s face for a moment but seemed to accept the answer. “Good, I knew I hired the right guy for the job. So tell me, did you find anything useful?” Tony probed as they both headed towards the exit of the building. “No. It was a bust. Despite turning himself in, he claims to be innocent,” Steve replied. Technically he wasn’t lying. “And you believe him?” Tony asked raising a brow at him from behind his heavily tinted sunglasses. “Honestly, I believe that the evidence doesn’t line up - that someone may be taking advantage of this family feud for his or her own political gain.” Steve answered. Tony seemed to consider it before giving Steve a dismissive wave. Whoever was behind this knew that the murder of Tony’s parents would set off an irrational rage in the man, and Tony was playing into the role perfectly.
Steve got into his car, ready to call it a day when his phone pinged. It was a video message from one of the prison guards. Steve opened it to find footage of Tony in a prison conference room talking to Bucky shortly after Steve had left to talk to the guards.
“I didn’t kill your parents, Stark. Surely you’re smart enough to figure that out.” Bucky says to an enraged looking Tony. “Oh yeah? That’s not what the evidence says. No. The EVIDENCE proves your guilt.” Tony had to take a while to calm himself down before continuing. “All I had to do was tinker a little to make it look like your pet assassin Y/N was involved and, well, here you are. Just like I predicted. Now I wonder, why would you do that for someone you could have easily pinned the blame on?” Tony asked with a devious smirk on his face.
“Unlike you, I wouldn’t let one of my most loyal people take the blame for something they clearly didn’t do.” Bucky replied as calmly as possible. “Hmm.. yes, I may be an egotistical asshole, and you may be the mobster with a heart, but no. See I think she means more to you than that. I think there may even be feelings involved, am I right?” he said flashing Bucky a million dollar grin. “I think you’re out of your goddamn mind. I THINK that whoever this invisible puppeteer is has got his stick so far up your ass that you can’t even see you’re being manipulated.” Bucky said leaning back on his chair. “THINK about it for a minute Stark. Whoever this is, he or she is trying to start another war between us. And while we’re busy tearing each other’s throats, they’ll attempt to rise to power. It’s textbook power play,” Bucky said trying to reason with Tony. “Hoho, you got me for a second there, Barnes. Trying to change the subject. But no, no more distractions. I came here to tell you one thing: You took away what I loved the most, now it’s my turn to take away what’s most precious to you. And there’s nothing you can do to stop me. Especially not from here.”
“SHIT!” Steve exclaimed. He tried to call you but your phone was out of service. He tried Clint next, muttering under his breath until he picked up.“Barton! Barton, where is Y/N? Please tell me she’s with you.” Steve said frantically. “No, she just left a few minutes ago to see James. What’s wrong?”
i love that post about not needing smut to be a good fic, unfortunately from what ive seen of my own posts its not true, if it doesnt have smut my posts wont reach ten notes, but with smut it goes nuts and gets 100 nots in less than a day, so i stopped writing altogether
Hi Anon! I've noticed the same trend as well, sadly. I mean smut fics can definitely be more popular, but it doesn't necessarily mean they're always better. Like the post said, just because it's not smut, doesn't mean it's not worth it. I don't know the whole context of where you're coming from, but I do hope that you find the inspiration to just continue writing. While of course it feels great to know that a lot of people like your work, I personally find joy in just being able to share my stories. It amazes me how people (whether it's just 10 of them or 100) read a piece of writing and go "oh hey, I feel the same way." So I urge you to just keep writing! Do it for you. Do it to express yourself. Do it to share a piece of your mind and heart with the world. Peace and love to you. 🖤🖤🖤

CHAPTER NUMBER/ONE SHOT: One Shot
AUTHOR: Winterwolf57
CHARACTERS: Sebastian Stan x Reader
GENRE: Smut
WARNINGS: Umm...smut?
SUMMARY: Sebastian somehow discovers that secret blog you own where you’ve written all kinds of FanFiction (smut included) about Bucky. He wasn’t sure how to tell you, but he definitely wanted to talk about it, so he lets you know the best way he can: by reciting lines from your most recent story.
A/N: Here, have some surprise Sebastian smut. I was writing the 5th chapter of Hard to Hate You when this idea came to me and I just felt the need to write it down. Enjoy. ;)
MASTERLIST
It was a dull and uneventful Thursday night. You sat cross legged on the opposite end of the couch from your roommate and best friend, Sebastian. You were waiting for the pizza to arrive before your Netflix marathon, aimlessly flipping through channels in the meantime. Sebastian on the other hand seemed to be engrossed with whatever it was he was reading on his iPad. You watched as his eyes darted across the material, brows furrowed in concentration. “What are you reading?” you asked, more out of boredom than anything. “Just some fanfiction I found online about Bucky,” he replied nonchalantly, his eyes not moving away from the screen. “What? Since when do you read fanfiction about Bucky?” you asked incredulously. “Since I discovered one that I found interesting,” he mumbled, making it clear you were bothering him with all your ridiculous questions. You rolled your eyes and stood up to get yourself a glass of water when Sebastian began to read the text out loud in a low, husky voice.
“He peeled off your shirt and pulled you towards him so that he was seated on the floor and your legs encircled his waist. He skimmed his fingers along your neck, tracing your collarbone before moving them down the length of your arm. He lingered on the scar you got from a flesh wound a few years back, then continued to touch you as if he were trying to memorize every inch of you. You felt his touch get greedier as he kneaded your breasts possessively before squeezing your hips like he was afraid that you would somehow disappear.”
You nearly dropped the glass of water you were holding when Sebastian recited the lines. Not only was he reading Bucky smut, he was reading one of YOUR works. You tried to be cool about the whole thing despite the quick thudding of your heart. He couldn’t have known that this was one of yours, right? You wrote using a pen name and you never told him about your secret blog. You pretended not to hear him and walked over to the fridge feigning interest in its contents.
“Your fingers carded his soft brown hair, and you sighed loudly as his lips pressed open mouthed kisses along your chest. You felt his hot breath over one of your nipples, your nails digging into his arm in anticipation of what was to come.”
Oh fuck. He definitely knew.
You swallowed hard and gathered the courage to look at him, your heated cheeks probably already giving you away. It didn’t help that he was now staring right at you, iPad now discarded on the coffee table. “Sebastian, look, I can explain…” you began, seeing as there was no other way out of this embarrassing situation. “What’s there to explain?” he asked with that cocky grin that made your knees weak. “You weren’t supposed to… How did you even know about the story?” you asked, walking backward as he stalked forward towards you until your back hit the door of the fridge. “You mean how do I know about your secret Tumblr blog?” he grinned as he placed both arms beside your head, boxing you in.
“Shit!” was all you could really say as you hesitantly looked up into his stormy blue eyes. “I have to say, you’re a phenomenal writer, Y/N,” he said looking directly into your eyes. “I--well, thank you,” you replied awkwardly, not sure how you were supposed to respond to this weird situation you were in. His fingers moved to trace the side of your face and ghosted over your now sensitive lips. “Does--does this mean you read... everything?” you asked with your eyes closed as his fingers lightly touched your jaw. You tried to count to ten in your head in a feeble attempt to distract yourself from what Sebastian was doing, and hoping against hope that his answer was no.
“Every. Damn. Line.”
You blushed furiously at the thought of him reading every sinful, smutty story you ever wrote. Then again, this could have gone one of two ways, you thought trying to calm yourself down. And you thanked your lucky stars that this was the direction it went. “I loved every single one of them,” he murmured. His face was mere inches away from yours, so close that if you moved forward just a bit, you’d be able to taste those sinful lips that have plagued your fantasies. “Oh,” you meant for it as an expression of surprise, but instead it came out like a moan when his fingers traced the column of your throat. “Tell me to stop if you don’t want this, Y/N, and I promise I’ll never bring this up again,” he asked breathlessly, obviously trying to maintain a semblance of control. His eyes were closed as if he were expecting you to push him away. Without thinking, you pulled him in for a searing kiss, which he reciprocated with fervor.
“Was it just like you imagined?” he asked panting when he pulled away to catch his breath. “No,” you answered and his face quickly fell. “It was so much better.” He released the breath he didn’t realize he was holding and pressed his forehead to yours.
“There is this one scene from your latest story that I’d like to try. If you’re up for it that is,” he asked almost begging you to say yes with his eyes. “Umm… Sure. Which one is this?” you replied, worrying your lower lip.
“Instead of giving you what you most desperately wanted, he licked your nipple with the tip of his tongue, flicking it with quick short strokes. You arched your back, offering more of yourself to him, begging him not to stop.” he recited line for line.
“You memorized it?” you’d be more impressed if you weren’t so distracted by Sebastian tugging at the straps of your silk tank top. He looked up at you for permission and when he received it, pulled it down and exposed your chest to him. He began a slow, merciless tease, licking your nipples lightly and tugging at it gently with his teeth. “No more teasing,” you said while running your hands through his soft brown hair and pulling at it, just like the character did in your story.
“Yes ma’am,” he continued, reciting another line. “You remember what happens next?” He asked with a shit eating grin. You nodded, your teeth already worrying your lower lip in anticipation. He took a nipple in your mouth and sucked hungrily. “Sebastian,” you moaned breathlessly. “I imagined you would be sensitive, but I never thought you’d be so reactive,” he said as he watched you breathe in deeply from what he had just done.
He imagined? You were curious to know more about this. But later. After you’ve had your way with him. Your mouth latched on to the pulse point in his neck, causing him to groan. You began to nibble and suck it in a way that you were sure would leave a mark the next day. Sebastian pulled you closer to him as a form of encouragement, your body pressed close against his as he peppered kisses on the top of your head. “That-that scene’s not done yet,” he stuttered as he maneuvered you both back to the couch.
“Why don’t you tell me what happens next then?” you asked gaining confidence as you straddled a panting Sebastian.
“After he released your breasts, you buried your face in the crook of his neck and took a minute to catch your breath while he worked on unbuttoning your jeans.” he recited while undoing the string of your cotton shorts while you continued kissing and licking the soft skin on his neck.
“You then began nibbling lightly at his pulse point; you could feel the thud of his heart beneath your tongue, and felt it steadily rise as his fingers found its way between the vee of your thighs and inside your panties.” Sebastian mimicked the actions as he said it.
“Fuck!”
“That’s exactly what Bucky said in the story,” you said teasingly as your nails dug into his shoulders. “What happens next, soldier?” you asked seductively.
“He used his middle and ring fingers to rub between your folds before slipping them both deep inside you with ease.”
He did just that and you arched your back toward him. He caught a nipple in his mouth, while his fingers pumped in and out of you as best he could despite the constraints of your underwear. His fingers curled inside of you and his thumb found your clit; your head fell forward so that your foreheads touched once again.
“So fucking responsive,” he observed again, loving the way your body responded to his touch. “Will you come for me, doll?” He said emphasizing that last word and saying it as Bucky might have if he were a real person. “Sebastian!” you mumbled into his mouth, which was currently attached to yours, catching every moan and scream. “Son of a bitch!” he exclaimed when he felt you come around his fingers. You moaned loudly when he pulled his fingers out and sucked them clean.
"You taste delicious, sweetheart. And that was definitely better than I had imagined,” he said with a stupid grin on his face. “So you’ve been imagining this for a while?” you asked, curling up on his lap, trying to recover from that mind-blowing orgasm you just had. “I have a confession to make,” he proclaimed. “I’ve known about your blog for a while now, and ever since I read it, I’ve gotten myself off imagining us acting out those scenes you’ve written. In fact there was this one story with a mirror--”
Ding dong!
The doorbell rang signaling the arrival of the pizza. He cursed in Romanian under his breath and gave you another deep, passionate kiss, before gently depositing you to the couch. You whined in protest, suddenly despising the pizza delivery guy for taking Sebastian away from you. “I’ll be back,” he chuckled, giving you another quick peck on the lips. “So I’m guessing we’re not watching anything on Netflix tonight?” you asked while enjoying the view of Sebastian’s sexy back walking toward the door.
“Are you kidding me? There’s so much material we have to act out. I’m not done with you yet.”
SUMMARY: Writing prompt challenge from @msimpala67 for Dean Winchester
2. “Why do you care? It’s not like we’re friends or anything.”
5. “I just wanted someone to notice me.”
A/N: Sorry it took so long! I was contemplating on whether to make this as angsty as one would expect, or take a totally different approach. The fluffy romance won mostly because I wanted Dean to have something good in his life. I hope you like it. :-)
Check out my other stories HERE.
You spotted Dean from across the bar, shamelessly trying to flirt with any woman who would spare him a second glance. He was handsome, ruggedly so. The way his hands subtly but tastefully found their way to just the right body part and that disarming smile of his spelled trouble.
Maybe this wasn’t such a good idea after all.
You were just about to turn around and abandon your mission completely when you saw his current prospect attempting to rob the man blind. You contemplated on whether you should let the lady have a few extra bucks tonight or if you should intervene. Unsurprisingly, you decided on the latter.
"There you are, I've been looking all over for you! I turn my back for 15 goddamn minutes and you're already flirting with another woman?” Dean was too shocked to speak as he continued to watch you cause a scene. “And you,” you turned your attention to the blonde who still had her hands in his jacket pocket, “stealing my man AND his wallet? Shame on you!" she quickly scuttered away leaving you with a confused green-eyed hunter.
“And here I thought she was getting frisky with me,” Dean tsked. “Not to sound ungrateful sweetheart,” he said turning to look at you, “but you really didn’t have to cause a scene like that for me.”
“What can I say, maybe I just wanted someone to notice me. Or maybe I just wanted a free drink,” you replied, unsure where you got the courage to say that. Dean took the hint and ordered a round of drinks for the pair of you. “A thank you would be nice too,” you said, taking the drink he offered and clinking your glass with his. “Thanks. I still don’t get it though. Why do you care?” he asked warily “it’s not like we’re friends or anything.” You threw your glass back and reveled in the burn of the amber liquid that made its way down your throat. “We could be if you buy me another drink,” you sassed, the alcohol already coursing through your system and lowering your inhibitions.
It was quite different watching him smile at a woman and having that same charming smile directed at you. The former was breathtaking while the latter, well, you weren’t sure there was a word strong enough to describe it.
“I’m Dean by the way, but I’m guessing you already knew that from the way you watched me from across the bar. So how about you cut the crap and tell me why you’re really here.” You knew he’d see right through you. You took in a deep breath. You could do this. You’ve fought in wars and you’ve battled formidable enemies; if you could do those things then you could admit your feelings for this man.
“My name is Y/N and I’m your guardian angel,” you started. “Wait, what?” he asked confused. “You know, the one that watches over you and helps you when you’re about to get in trouble and--”
“I know what a guardian angel is, I just didn’t think they existed. Cas never mentioned anything about you guys,” he contemplated. “Yes, well we’re not the most important in the hierarchy so we’re often neglected,” you say matter of factly. “Well I’m not surprised considering most angels are dicks. No offense,” he added. “So why are you here, Y/N? What is it you need to ‘guard’ me from?” his curiosity piqued. “Right, well, actually I’m here because I’ve fallen,” you say, inwardly cursing at the horrible pun. “Welcome to the club,” he said oblivious to what you really meant as he slid you another drink. You eagerly took another gulp of the liquid courage before speaking again. “The thing is, the reason why I was cast out is because as a guardian angel, we’re not supposed to fall in love with our wards. I’m here because I did.” His green eyes searched yours and he could tell that you weren’t lying.
“And these wards, are there a lot of them or do you just get one each?” he asked almost hopeful, refusing to take his eyes off of you. “There are a lot of them,” you answered and disappointment flashed across his handsome features. “But that’s exactly why we’re not allowed to fall in love, because we’d tend to favor one over all those assigned to us. So much so that we neglect our duties to the others and break so many rules for that one we favored, sometimes even going as far as becoming instrumental in bringing them back from the brink of death or even hell itself.”
“And who was this lucky son of a bitch that caused an angel to fall?” he had to ask. Had to know for sure. “You,” you replied quietly. He didn’t say anything for a good ten seconds and you were prepared to walk out of there embarrassed beyond belief before his lips crashed with yours.
SUMMARY: Sebastian and the reader, both of whom were immortal, were cursed by a jealous witch who thought that keeping them apart for a thousand years would dampen their love for each other. To make things worse, she took away their memories in the hopes that they would never find each other again. But as it happens, what’s meant to be will always find a way back to each other.
A/N: Hi guys! So good news and bad news. The bad news is I’m stuck with King of the Underworld. I have the plot laid out but can’t seem to write it in a way that I’m happy with. Hopefully I get unstuck this week. Meanwhile the good news is that in my frustration I’ve created this smutty story of Sebastian as a vampire. It doesn’t really focus on him as a vampire (maybe I’ll write one that does) but the thought of him as one is, in a word, HOT. Have fun. :-)
You cursed under your breath as you got on your hands and knees trying to find your favorite necklace which somehow snapped from your neck and fell under a pile of leaves. “Looking for this?” came a sultry voice from behind you, holding up the silver chain with the glowing blue orb. “It’s a lovely necklace, the pendant especially is quite mesmerizing,” he said handing the piece of jewelry back to you. Your hands brushed for a moment and a spark coursed through you. “I--thank you. Listen I really must be getting back,” you said turning around. Suddenly you felt disoriented and couldn’t seem to remember what the right way back was.
“Are you lost?” he asked curiously. You furrowed your brows in confusion. You could’ve sworn you knew exactly where you were going. The map in your hand now looked foreign to you, as if you don’t know why you were even holding it. “Yes, I believe I am,” you answered hesitantly. “It’s getting dark now and there’s no bus station for miles, I can help you find your way back tomorrow if you’ll let me,” the man said a little eagerly, stepping in front of you. He was a dark haired gentleman with skin a little paler than you’ve ever seen on a person. But all those insignificant details faded away when you looked into his stormy blue eyes. “Do you trust me?” he asked cupping your chin with his fingers and tilted your head to look, no, stare intently into your eyes as if trying to see through to your soul. You could’ve sworn that you knew this man, his touch was familiar and his eyes--it was if you’ve lost yourself in them many times before. The words came out of your mouth before your instincts could tell you to run the other direction.
“Yes.” And with that one word you sealed your fate.
He smiled at your agreement and for a second you were certain you thought you saw a flash of sharp canines. Impossible. There it was again, a nagging feeling at the pit of your stomach, screaming at you to run, telling you that this man with the disarming smile and angelic features was a predator and that you were his prey. But you followed him anyway as he led you through the thick of the forest, the sun’s rays slowly giving way to the beautiful white moon.
Your senses were at war with themselves, on one hand you knew that the wise thing to do was to run, but something stirred within you and was thirsty to find out more about this man who was not a stranger. You tried to wrack your brain for the information you seeked. If you had met this man before it was an encounter you would have remembered. His was a presence you were unlikely to forget being around.
“Where are we going?” you asked calmly. He turned to you and smiled once more, his eyes seemed impossibly bluer. “Back to my place. The woods could be dangerous at this time of the evening,” he turned around again and continued to walk. Somehow you doubted that there could be anything in this forest more dangerous than the man walking in front of you, but you decided not to say that out loud lest you offend him and he leaves you lost among the trees.
You were expecting to arrive to a quaint wooden cabin, but instead you stood beneath a sprawling property made of artfully designed glass and wood with all the comforts of a modern home. You’ve never been here before and yet it felt a lot like deja vu. You attributed your strange thoughts to a tired mind or perhaps lack of water.
“Please, make yourself at home,” he motioned towards the receiving area where a fire crackled in the fireplace. You were immediately drawn to it, the heat seeping through your cold, tired body and warming you to the bone. The man came back with a glass of wine and an assortment of cheeses and set it down in the coffee table in front of you before taking a seat beside you. You took in the way his sleeves were rolled up to his elbows and his hair was a little disheveled from the chilly wind that blew outside. He raised his glass, distracting you from your thoughts as you both took a sip of the wine before he spoke.
“I realize that I haven’t properly introduced myself. My name is Sebastian,” he said extending a hand. You took it in yours and introduced yourself, to which his response was to place a gentle kiss to the back of your hand. You sucked in a breath at the contact, wanting those sinful lips kissing you elsewhere. You blushed furiously at the highly inappropriate thought, but if he picked up on it he made no indication of doing so.
“Tell me, what is it you were thinking wandering that trail on your own. And close to sunset at that?” Your eyes followed his elegant fingers as he picked a piece of cheese off the plate and brought it to his soft lips. You swallowed hard before answering. “I don’t--I guess you could say I was drawn to the place, if that makes any sense. It felt familiar and yet I’ve never been here before at all.” You admitted shyly. “You must think I’m mad,” you added quietly. Instead of laughing or confirming your fear, he asked, “do you believe that we all have a primordial destiny? That there is someone out there among the sea of people that was meant for us and only us?” It was an odd question and yet it seemed to resonate with you. “Yes. Yes I do,” you replied truthfully. “So do I,” he said toying with a strand of your hair that fell across your shoulders.
You wanted nothing more than to lean forward and press your lips against his. It was irrational and insane to even feel this way considering you’ve never met the man before in your life. And yet here you were, jaw clenched tight and trying so very hard to press yourself against his inviting form.
“Don’t fight it,” he whispered as if reading your mind. That’s all he needed to say to unravel you. You closed the distance between the both of you and straddled his lap while taking his face in both of your hands. You kissed him with all the ferocity you’ve been holding back and feeling his lips on yours wasn’t at all as you imagined it to be. It was even better. His left hand held on tightly to your hip and you knew it would leave a mark, while the other pressed your lower back closer to him, as if he couldn’t stand not being close to every inch of you. His teeth tugged at your lower lip, but not hard enough to draw blood. You moaned into his mouth at the act. Your tongues met in a duel, hungry for the taste of each other.
“Sebastian,” you gasped as you pulled away from the heated exchange, his name rolling off your lips like you’ve said it a thousand times before. There was that feeling again, warning you of danger, but this time around it felt planted, as if someone wanted you to stay away from him when clearly you were meant to be this close. And then there were the memories that seeped in through the haze that clouded your mind, of a time when you and Sebastian shared more than just a kiss, when his touch could unravel you just as much or even more so than his words. Your mind spun at the thought and your head was still reeling from that searing kiss. “I--I’m sorry,” you stammered pulling back. “Don’t be,” was his quipped reply, his beautiful lips pressed in a straight line as if he were feeling just as frustrated as you were.
“Would you mind terribly if I soaked in a bath? I’m feeling a little ill,” you said clearing your throat. “Not at all, let me draw one for you,” he said as he got up and disappeared upstairs. Your heart beat wildly in your chest and you cursed yourself from pulling away from him. What were you thinking? Maybe that was the problem, you weren’t thinking. Or you were thinking too much. You weren’t sure if you scolded yourself for kissing him or for the fact that you pulled away. Good god, you were going crazy! One thing was for sure, Sebastian was no stranger; his scent, that of pine and oak, it was too familiar and his touch a brand on your skin.
His presence pulled you away from your thoughts as he informed you that your bath was ready. He led you to a lavish bathroom complete with an elevated tub in the middle. “There are towels by the steps and a robe among them. If that will be all--”
“No, stay. Please,” you said quickly, unwilling to be away from him for any longer. What looked like relief washed over his face as he helped you undress until you stood completely naked and exposed before him. He devoured you with his eyes and yet you felt no shame, only an intense need to feel his skin against yours as heat pooled between your legs. Despite the burning desire you felt, you patiently helped him out of his clothes. He helped you into the tub, the hot water making you sigh as you sat down and let it envelop you completely.
He took a seat behind you and pulled you between his legs, close enough for him to rub the stiffness off your shoulders and back. You moaned loudly as his fingers worked its magic across your body, kneading all the right places until you lay back pliantly against him. “Thank you,” you said just above a whisper. “You’re welcome,” he answered breathily against the skin of your exposed neck before peppering it with soft kisses. You moaned again but for an entirely different reason this time.
He held a rough cloth which he used to lightly trail along your skin; from your shoulder to your collarbone, to the valley between your breasts. You gasped when the material scratched against your nipple, making it stand in attention. Your hand immediately flew to his, pressing the cloth harder against the sensitive peak. He obliged and spread the cloth over your breast and then kneaded it roughly with his hands so that the cloth rubbed against your nipple every time you moved, causing a pleasurable friction.
“Please!” you begged him, but for what you weren’t entirely sure. He took the cloth and wiped it against your stomach and then moving to your inner thighs. He pulled his knees back and planted his feet apart, then draped both of your legs over his so that you were spread widely for his consumption. He wasted no time in tracing the cloth against your nether lips before rubbing it against your already sensitive clit. You tried to press your legs together if only because the pleasure was blinding, but the way you were positioned prevented you from doing so. All you could do was grab on to his arm and reach back to pull at his hair and beg for him to stop but go on, you really couldn’t decide. Two fingers pumped into you and joined the sensations that added to the pleasure until you came apart with a scream.
Once you caught your breath, you turned around on shaky knees to face him. His eyes were dark with lust and you could feel heat build up low in your stomach again from the way he watched you. “I want to make you feel good too,” you said seductively and his breath caught in his throat. You reached under the water to stroke his sizeable erection and it took all your willpower not to impale yourself on him right then and there. “Always such a tease my love,” he remarked, seemingly used to the way you drove him crazy with lust. He pulled you close so that your breasts were at level with his lips while you steadily pumped his cock. He darted his tongue out to taste your nipple before taking it all in his mouth. His tongue swirled and licked in a way that drove you wild; he pushed you harder against his mouth as he sucked roughly. Your pumps became as erratic as his breathing as he took turns devouring each breast. “Please Sebastian, let me pleasure you first,” you panted, guiding him up to the seat in the tub so that his throbbing erection was out of the water.
“Love, you can’t imagine how much pleasure having your breasts in my mouth brings me,” he said with shallow breaths. You choked his cock harder and you pulled back to watch him grip the cold marble with one hand, the other squeezing the back of your thigh. His head was thrown back in pleasure with closed eyes. An animalistic noise escaped his lips as he came in spurts, coating your belly, breasts, and hand with his cum. You moaned at the sight, imagining what it must feel like to have him spill deep inside of you. You licked your fingers clean and gathered the evidence of his pleasure from your body and also took it in your mouth. He watched you with a feral look in his eyes before scooping you up and planting your feet down to a rug at the foot of the stairs that led to the tub.
He quickly dried you both off before leading you towards the giant bed in the middle of the room, all the while keeping his lips locked on yours. When the back of your legs hit the edge of the bed, he broke the kiss and pushed you onto it so your back hit the silky soft sheets. You propped up on your elbows planning to continue where you’d left off but instead watched as his face quickly disappeared between your legs. You barely heard him mumble something about how it was only fair that he get a taste of you too, but you were too lost in ecstasy to fully register what he was saying.
There was no teasing involved this time, just a hungry lover who couldn’t seem to get enough of the taste of you on his tongue. He held your hips down when you tried to squirm away, keeping you in place as he lapped up everything you offered, humming in pleasure as his tongue darted in and out to collect your wetness while his finger drew circles on your highly sensitive clit. Only after you arched your back in pleasure and his name left your lips repeatedly like a prayer, did he move back up to kiss you again.
He wasted no time in bringing you to the center of the bed and moved between you, positioning himself at your entrance and pushing in with a powerful thrust of his hips. You reveled at the depth of him and wrapped your legs around his waist to keep him close. He buried his face on your neck once more, sharp teeth scraping against your skin. Maybe you should’ve been more scared, but instead you found yourself excited at the thought of his bite. You whined impatiently when all you got was his mouth sucking deeply at your pulse point and down to take a nipple between his teeth. He then pulled you to a sitting position and you wrapped your arms around each other possessively.
“Sebastian!” you called out as your memories suddenly came crashing back in a violent wave. “Y/N, I’ve missed you,” you heard him say in your mind and your lips met once more as he too remembered everything.
“Sebastian please, I need you,” you begged both mentally and out loud. You threw your head back as he moved quickly in and out until neither of you could keep a steady pattern. His thrusts became shorter, hitting your spot again and again. Your nails dug down on the flesh of his shoulder blade as your walls gripped his cock tight when he finally bit down on your neck and spilled warm ribbons of cum deep inside of you.
He leaned back against the headboard with you on top of him, pulling you tight against him and refusing to let you go as if he were afraid you would be taken away from him again. “For centuries I kept looking you know,” he started. “I don’t even know what it was I was looking for and it almost drove me mad.”
“It was a little different for me,” you said quietly. “Not the madness, the madness was always there. The only difference was the manner in which I dealt with it. I tried so hard to fight that wretched nagging at the back of my head, telling me I’ve lost something important.”
“What made you change your mind? And what kept you following me when I could see how strong your instinct was to run,” he asked with what sounded like a little hurt in his voice. “Your eyes,” you said pushing back so that you could look into those beautiful blue orbs which were the exact same shade as your pendant. “No matter how hard I tried to deny it, I was searching for you too,” you smiled. He leaned down to kiss you again with a tenderness that told you more than words could ever manage to say. His thumb absentmindedly stroked the healing bite mark on your neck and you, in turn, searched for those crescent moons you made on his shoulder.
You loved him, and he undoubtedly loved you too. You didn’t need to say it out loud to know it was true. And finally, after a thousand excruciating years, you were finally together again to remind each other just how much.
TITLE: King of the Underworld
CHAPTER NUMBER/ONE SHOT: Chapter 1 of ?
AUTHOR: winterwolf57
CHARACTERS: Dean Winchester x Reader
GENRE: Romance, fluff, smut in later chapters
SUMMARY: AU where Dean is Hades, King of the Underworld.
“That’s it?” you asked dumbfounded. “Err… yeah. What were you expecting? Some kind of sexual torture and a forced marriage? Sorry to disappoint sweetheart, but the women who come to my bed are all more than willing. And they never leave without satisfied smiles on their faces,” he winked and threw a dazzling smile your way. Son of a bitch. That smile would surely be your downfall.
A/N: I’ve always been very fond of retelling Hades and Persephone’s story. I guess it’s because I’ve always imagined him to be a sexy, mysterious character who can actually be written as sorely misunderstood. In my head, Hades isn’t the monster he’s made out to be, just someone people can’t help but be afraid of. Because he is death, and no one really wants to die.
Most stories I’ve read about Persephone and Hades are about how, after all his wooing, Persephone falls in love eventually; or how he’s always had feelings for her from the start, so I wanted to do something a little different. First by changing Persephone to a different character and second by making the character fall in love with him first.
Anyway this was just supposed to be a one-shot smutty story, but it ended up longer. Smut will come in the next chapter or so. Hope you stick around for it. :)

The tension in the air was so thick you could have cut through it with a knife. Hades, King of the Underworld (or Dean as he now liked to be called) stood regally at the foot of your father Zeus’ throne. Half of his face was obscured by the hood of his midnight blue robe, and all you could see from your vantage point in the corner of the room was a pair of plump pink lips.
“You promised me one of your daughters and now I’m here to collect,” he said with an eerie calm. Unlike your father, the King of the Underworld didn’t need a booming voice or a show of muscles to intimidate anyone, the man had just spoken above a whisper and you already had goosebumps crawling all over your skin.
Hera sat to Zeus’ right looking, well, bored. Demeter on the other hand was more frantic. “You did WHAT?” she asked hysterically from the sidelines, automatically pulling Persephone back behind her protectively.
Ah yes, typical family drama. There really wasn’t anything new and frankly you were so sick of it.
“IS IT TRUE? DID YOU REALLY PROMISE MY DAUGHTER TO THIS CREATURE?” A seething Demeter asked turning to Zeus. There were plenty of rumors going around about Hades. Some say his flesh is rotting under that robe, just like the dead that fill his realm, other rumors peg him to be a cruel, merciless, sadist who takes pleasure in meting out punishments for those he judges.
However, if Dean was offended by the way Demeter referred to him as a creature, he showed no indication of it, instead waiting quietly for the king of Olympus to speak.
“Don’t you dare raise your voice at your king.” His voice boomed across the sky palace. “And I promised A daughter, not Persephone in particular,” he said trying to assert the control he’d obviously lost in front of this angry mother hen.
Oh for fuck’s sake! I am really going to regret this. You thought but stepped forward anyway from the shadows you were hiding in. “I’ll go,” you said addressing your father.
The room went quiet save for Persephone’s audible gasp of surprise. Despite her overbearing and often times irritating mother, you considered your half-sister Persephone a true friend. Frankly she was the only one in your screwed up family you actually cared for. And if the rumors were true, then no thanks to her mother’s overprotection, this sweet and naive child wouldn’t last a day in the Underworld.
You also figured a change of scenery wouldn’t be so bad, you were never really a fan of sunlight anyway (no offense to Apollo) and the bi-weekly parties in Olympus (they found almost anything a cause for celebration) wasn’t something you were particularly fond of.
No one objected to your proposal and Zeus breathed a long sigh before nodding in defeat. “Very well. Pack your belongings and meet me back here,” Dean said in a monotonous voice.
There really wasn’t much to take with you to be honest. Just a few books and the plant that Persephone gifted you a couple of years back.
“My mother forbade me to make any more of this.” Persephone said handing over an oddly shaped plant with thin needles sticking out of it. “She said it was a hideous thing with all its thorns and dull green color; and it doesn’t even blossom. But I think it’s beauty comes from its resiliency; it can withstand extreme temperatures and it’s very strong. I made it because it reminded me so much of you,” she said sheepishly.
You smiled at the memory as you carefully put it away in a box and into the small bag of your belongings.
Persephone stood waiting for you at the throne room, her eyes shone bright with tears. You removed the amber necklace you made for yourself and hung it around her neck before pulling her into a tight embrace. She sobbed onto your shoulder and you fought back tears as you told her you’d visit when you could. You told her to be strong and to learn how to stand her ground, something Demeter snarled at you for.
All the goodbyes after that were easy and finally you gave your father a kiss on the cheek. To your surprise, he wrapped his arms around you tight. “I may never have said this often, but you were always one of my favorite daughters. Stubborn but level-headed and independent. Give him hell,” he said winking before releasing you.
“Ready to go?” Dean stood up and took your small bag before extending a hand towards you to help you climb into his black chariot. Well, here goes nothing, you thought as you nodded, placing your hand in his. You were expecting it to be cold and lifeless, only to find it surprisingly warm.
The black horses with glowing blue eyes whirred before galloping powerfully, jumping off the clouds and plummeting straight down towards the earth. You looked back at Olympus, a home you never really felt like you were a part of despite your father’s parting words. When the ground opened and you were consumed in darkness, you finally realized what you had just done.
SHIT. You muttered to yourself in your head, panic rising in your chest. You remembered the stories about the Underworld that Demeter used to tell Persephone as a child while you sat nearby. About how it was dark and dank and filled with wails of the dead.
But when the darkness receded and the horses came to a slow gallop, you found yourself entering a beautiful castle made of glistening black glass, probably onyx, you realized. No flowers grew in the field surrounding it but there were rows of pomegranate trees as far as the eye can see.
You only realized your mouth hung open when you heard Dean chuckle beside you. “Not at all what you were expecting sweetheart?” he asked warmly, his tone and demeanor seeming more relaxed now that he was back in his realm. “I… yes it’s actually quite lovely,” you managed to say as you took it all in.
The horse’s hooves clacked along the pavement as you passed the bustling town. There were shops that mostly sold fine jewelry; you remember reading about how Hades was rich in precious stones that no other realm could rival. There was also the smell of freshly baked bread and an assortment of delicious looking pastries, there were children laughing and chasing each other, most of those you passed smiled and waved at Dean and he returned their gestures fondly. But most importantly, you realized there was light and a makeshift sun. It wasn’t nearly as blinding as Apollo’s sun, but it illuminated the kingdom in a soft white glow. You reserved your questions for later as you came to a stop by the gigantic castle doors.
You stepped inside and delighted at the very minimalistic but modern feel of it; all wood and black marble. You were led to what you assumed was a receiving area where a plate of those delicious looking pastries waited for you along with a pot of tea. “Please,” Dean said motioning to the seat across him. He selected a piece of pie from the assortment and you mimicked his actions, taking a bite from what looked like a danish.
“I’m sorry this is a little late, but I don’t think we’ve been properly introduced and I never got your name.” It wasn’t a question, but his tone suggested you needed to give him an answer. “My name is Y/N, your majesty” you said, unsure if you were supposed to shake his hand or stand up and curtsy. “I’m Hades,” he said before you could decide what to do. “But I prefer to be called Dean.”
He reached up and pulled his hood back so he could look you in the eye, revealing a perfectly sculpted face. He was a god, after all, but none of the books you’ve read or songs you’ve heard describes him like this. He had dirty blond hair that was cropped short, unlike Zeus and Poseidon who sported long, untamed locks; and his pouty lips looked like they’re perpetually kissed. The most striking feature about him though were his eyes. If you didn’t know any better, you’d think that his eyes inspired the god who created emeralds; they were so beautifully green you could get lost in them forever.
“You are full of surprises today your majesty,” your eyes widened when you realized that you said this out loud. You tensed a bit but let out a breath of relief when he threw his head back in laughter. “Please, call me Dean. And I have a reputation to uphold after all,” he said shaking his head.
You cleared your throat before speaking again. “I mean no offense, but why do you let people describe you the way they do? I mean I’m sure you have an idea about your reputation…”
A smile tugged at the corner of his lips but he answered seriously, “I can’t blame them for what they think. I’m the god of the dead; people are afraid to die because they don’t know what waits for them in death. And what they’re afraid of they portray as something ugly and twisted.” He said matter of factly, leaning back comfortably against his chair. “So you weren’t not offended? I mean when Demeter called you a creature…”
“Demeter is only a mother protecting her child from what she perceives as an imminent threat, I can’t fault her for that. Like I said, people are afraid of what they don’t know, hence the hood. Keeps the whole mysterious thing going on,” he smiled again gesturing to his robes. The only thing more beautiful than his eyes, you decided, was his smile.
“So I’ve been meaning to ask, what’s going to happen to me now?” you said nervously addressing the elephant in the room. “Right, about that,” he said scratching the back of his head. An odd gesture from someone perceived as very regal.
“First of all I’m sorry you had to get tangled up in all this. Zeus lost a bet we made and when he couldn’t produce what we agreed on, he promised me one of his daughters of all things. That sick son of a bitch. I mean what kind of a father gives away his children like livestock?” he frowned. “But I was angry and I agreed out of spite, which I realize now is really stupid. So now here you are. You’re free to do as you please, I guess. You can come and go as you please but you just gotta come back every day.”
