My two favorite stucky fics of all time: Ain’t No Grave (x) It’s canon post-tws, very angsty but it also gets amazingly cheerful and funny, overall extremely well written. And, Just Say You Do (x) no powers fake marraige au! Amazing characterization, slow burn, and plenty of that sweet sweet fluff and angst!

and this one is good too- Blood and Frost Bite (x) shrinkyclinks, serial killer!bucky au, pretty dark, kidnapping but no noncon. Not too bad considering the canon, but still read with caution.

and I just started reading this one, it was posted two days ago, but I’m already hooked! Let’s Go Get Lost (x) It’s post tws, Steve had broken Bucky out of SHIELD custody and is on the run with Sam and Tony. It features a lot of angsty Bucky recovery, so heed the tags. It’s so good, and it updates every few days, so stay tuned!

just saw your last ask and thought i would share something! so the uk ASDA stores sell girls superhero costumes too, i bought my 5yo sister a captain america dress that came with a sparkly shield and she absolutely ADORES it, it's her favourite dressing up costume. she's desperate for a spiderman one too. they have little batgirl and supergirl dresses, along with lots of other normal clothes with superhero related things on them.

Oh my God that is SO SO SO awesome!!!!! I wish my niece was still little so I could buy her one. :DDD

i feel like that's because in the netflix shows they write the women properly and they are diverse and they actually have decent screen time that explores their character, waaaay more than the mcu does

Yeah. In the movies most of them are spies/agents (Maria, Peggy, Nat, and Sharon) except for Wanda. We don’t see the others that much. And obviously they’re all white. The netflix ladies at least have different jobs/specialties.

i really REALLY hope they don't go that route with misty and danny, i just can't see it in the netflix universe it doesn't fit they wouldn't be a good romantic match

I hope they don’t either. Adaptions need to realize when exactly following the source material isn’t going to work well.

i had read so much on here and other things that i felt like i HAD to hate it, so i went in expecting it to be terrible, but it’s not and i agree with what you’re saying. the storyline is pretty decent and i actually got excited about finding out what happens, and i like how danny’s character progresses throughout. there is definitely issues of white washing and the fight scenes feel a little slow but overall it’s actually an entertaining show

the fight scenes aren't that good. They were never gonna be like Daredevil good where you get excited when you see a hallway. But yeah it is entertaining and I will keep watching.
