In anticipation of something big, I decided to let you in on my little hc's about King Candy and Turbo. We just pretend they have different traits, but they're the same person, you already know that and who am I to explain✋✋
I'm not using any AU stuff, it's all movie based!
And I see ppl like these sort of things, so why not try!
🏎️TURBO🏎️
🚩Turbo's racing car is a sentient being, named Ferri. It is based on a real-life Ferrari 156/85 model (1985).
🚩Turbo knows how to speak, or use, Binary and Japanese language. [Sugar Rush is a Japanese game, as far as I know, it would make sense for him to understand something at the very least.]
🚩If you have a fight, you cannot KO Turbo normal ways due to his anatomy. [Drawing an analogy with irl F1 racers, they have a huge resistance to all kinds of physical damage and a g-force. It hurts anyway.]
🚩Turbo is a very, very attaching person. Once he feels that your presence is making him feel alright, he’ll keep you close. [From the personal experience, people that have no friends will be the most loyal ones if they find one.]
🚩Turbo didn’t program himself to know how to drive a stick shift racing car, so it took him some nerves to learn and adapt. [His game’s racing cars are, again, F1 like, and they technically should use a steering wheel and pedals only.]
🚩Turbo often uses racing terms in his speech, a.e.: "(to) Box!" or "You'll always be on P2!"
🚩Turbo is short-sighted.
🚩Back in TurboTime, he rarely visited other games after work hours, preferring a good nap instead. [Relatable–]
🚩Turbo's skeleton is completely yellow. [You've seen them teeth?]
🚩Turbo can drink gas.
🚩Turbo adores his brothers, despite them being a competition.
🍭KING CANDY🍭
🍬KC's hippy-happy performance on public is not forced. It was his normal behavior before the RoadBlasters incident, so it wasn't something he is struggling with. [I believe him to be a very chill dude back in the days, arrogant, but chill.]
🍬KC's nervous giggles are a by-product of him trying not to swear.
🍬KC has an atrophied taste of sweet, he can’t tell the difference of how sweet anything he eats. [I believe in Sugar Rush there's literally everything you can eat made with addition of sugar.]
🍬KC has a full-body royal knight armour. [He had no opportunity to use it, so it is just an exhibit at his castle.]
🍬KC’s lisp is not programmed, he fakes is every time he has an interaction with somebody. When he’s alone he talks normal. [Peak comedy–]
🍬KC’s reign was not tyrannical. With time he actually started to care about his subjects and racers. That is off the race of course, when racing, they’are still his rivals. [That is to keep his status high, sure, but also you can’t spend fifteen years without some feeling growing.]
🍬KC can play piano/organ on a professional level.
🍬KC knows the royal etiquette rules and sometimes tries to observe them.
🍬KC's head is... a head. It is Turbo's helmet disguised, but if in KC model he gets a trauma, he could die if it's damaged good.
There's nothing I can tell about KCB, everything was shown in the movie, and the guy lived like a few minutes so it's hard to imagine something different. Anyway, would–🪳
