Grow, buy, consume - Local/Organic/Seasonal. It's more nutrient dense. Food isn't just for taste, it tells your DNA what to do. Feed it well and your life levels up. . Most people's problem with food is that their food sources do not change or upgrade with their age. You cannot eat junk like you are 20 when you are 40. If you are 60, you will need even more healthy items and less intake of junk and toxins. The older you get, the more you need. Upgrade with age. The Universal Law of Attraction: Positive energies will always attract positive energies while negative energies will always attract negative energies. It doesn’t matter whether you want the negative or not. What you place your attention on, is what you attract into your life. . On the other hand, if you do not like the negative, you just need to raise your vibration higher and away from it in order to fully apply this Law of Attraction to work for you. This law also teaches us to compare our situations to other people’s problems and put everything into its right perspective. . "Have an open mind." You may have heard that saying before, well go do it, and do not be narrow minded. Two sides to every story. Thats a universal law, and it's called Polarity.
