Violently benevolent Genie type being, like they take your wish, and they go above and beyond to grant it, even if it's not exactly the way you described it, Just to bring you (and others) the best results
"I wish I was rich enough to own a house", you think it'll give you like a million bucks, The wish granting higher being, Instead fixes the economy, and allows people of lower status to gain enough money to live, even if they were formerly in poverty.
"I want to hunt some endangered animals for fun." Why the fuck do you want that. The higher being fufills your wish, now these animals have a steadily increasing population, to the point they are no longer endangered, and are available to hunt with a license
"I'm jealous of Becky, I don't really want a man, But please give me a husband so I can show up that bitch." You get a dog, or a Good friend, You don't need someone you don't love just to show up other people
"I hate this stupid world, Please, Destroy and end this horrible place." Granted, You are given a personally handpicked professional therapist, It will feel like your world is ending at first, But in the end, you will end up mentally better off

AS-Zirconium is a nice dusty wasteland map with some very cool industrial scenery.
Some of the underground sections remind me of that creepy bunker from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. where the wish granter was. :)
