I recently heard about AI that can automatically remove gaps/pauses while editing video, and if gen AI could make convenience like that without all the bad side effects of gen AI, I'd be for it. But the intensive resource consumption...uggghhhh...
So I was gonna wait until closer to my birthday (October 19th) to drop my wishlists but my PlayStation controller is being such a pain that I figured I’d drop it now since I’m not supposed to buy things before my birthday or my beloved gets grouchy.
If you feel inclined to send me a birthday gift I have an Amazon wishlist and a Throne wishlist. The Amazon stuff will arrive sooner, there’s a bit of delay on Throne but there’s also stuff I can’t find on Amazon there. Amazon also has the pretty beetle controller I’ve been drooling over.
It’s just a nice cute thing that usually a few folks wanna send a birthday gift each year and it makes me feel warm and fuzzy that people connect with my silly stories and art to that extent!

No shade. Nothing wrong with the way people usually do it. it's just not what I find appealing about the idea of 'role swap', personally.
I'll try to explain.
If Striker swapped roles with Moxxie, he's not going to act like Moxxie in the role of I.M.P.'s weapons specialist and Millie's husband. He's going to act like Striker in that role. That's what would make it interesting. Otherwise just write Moxxie in that role, right?
And if Moxxie is going to be in Striker's role, obviously, he's not going to act like cocksure, macho snake-in-the-grass like Striker. He's going to perform that role in a Moxxie way. Again, that's what's going to make it interesting. Otherwise, just write Striker in that role.
This is how I came up with a lot of my variations of AU versions of muses is playing around with "what if's".
What if Charlie was the antagonist? What if Vaggi[e] was a big bad/overlord? What if Moxxie was in the role of antagonist [ see: Fausto]? What if...
Like, I really LOVE Role Swap AU's. So if anyone ever feels like doing any of those, lmk! I love plotting those and seeing them through.
I'd already been keeping unofficial track of what the kids had been asking for at the library that we didn't have, but now the new principal suggested having an official sheet where kids can request books and she and I are gonna have meetings once a month to look into getting some of the books.
I didn't really have much of a budget for getting new books before, so this is a nice change. :)
