Played the awfully mediocre Owl House browser game, Witch's Apprentice It made me wish i was playing a decent game instead, a point-and-click adventure game to be specific so i whipped this up over the past couple days for fun

and how they look in Witch's Apprentice

both have a darker purple around the sleeve ends and the neck

whereas in reaching out when edric gets one the sleeve ends and neck are a much lighter purple

Letting King go alone with Luz didn't turn out being the greatest idea in the "Witch's apprentice" game... tho, man, did Eda go all out to get King back

           I remember going on multiple quests, constantly collecting items to build a trap to finally catch that Emperor’s Guard and rescue King…! Eda doesn’t seem like it, but she’s set herself a very specific bar where, by minimum, she must CARE and look after someone’s wellbeing to an extent- And to her this is just standard, bare-minimum requirements, so she doesn’t quite get what the big deal is, but to the people she shows this love towards, the bar really HAS been set that low by others. 

          So, Eda is a bit concerned about how little people like King or Luz expect from her, but then vows to teach them that they deserve a LOT more than that, that these two should be the ones setting the bar, and deciding whether or not people live up to their standards are good enough for THEM, rather than the other way around! It makes sense, considering Eda’s gone through many exes and clearly realized just how better she is than them!

           And… Man, that Witch’s Apprentice game! Only old-school fans remember it… Which, I get it’s only been JUST a year since the show came out, but still! Witch’s Apprentice was admittedly pretty obscure and forgettable, nothing to write home about; Its main draw comes from having actual voice-acting from the show’s VA’s, and of course those Relics, whose descriptions we used to figure out the show’s trajectory and plot developments. I have to wonder if whoever programmed the game is even going to add more content for it, as of Season 2. 

          Probably not though… All the mystery boxes have been filled out, and again, Witch’s Apprentice is pretty obscure, and mostly there just to establish The Owl House as a show to new viewers. I mean, Look Hoo’s Talking has yet to cover Season 1B (and you’d have to be a REAL OG fan to remember that segment!) so I doubt Witch’s Apprentice will cover Season 2’s relics… But honestly, I wouldn’t complain if we got a Season 2 update, either! It’d be a nice return to those times when we were obsessing over every clue regarding Season 1B, and be speculative content for the fandom to chew on.

She can conjure an outfit out of dead plant matter whenever she needs to go into town to barter for supplies.
