Storm Magic Incantation For Opening Roads and Removing Obstacles
During a thunderstorm, each time you see lightning or hear thunder, chant:
“Thunder roll and lightning strike, cut a path for me this night.”
Prosperity and Good Fortune Spell
The following post is a reference for my friend and I who are working a Prosperity and Abundance spell together.
I’m planning on repeating the same two simple rituals every morning and evening.
1. Morning: Stirring Cinnamon and Almond milk in morning coffee clockwise to spark and activate power for the day with the following incantation:
With this potion of power, I draw to myself all the electricity and power around me. I drink it in and let it charge me up. I will find opportunities to make things happen.
2. Evening: Drinking Mint Tea, or looking at the color green, drinking or eating something green, or rubbing aloe into your skin.
Into my body, I absorb all the luck around me and out of myself will pour all the Good Fortune and Prosperity that I deserve.
Feel free to exchange any items in the spells above with something that works better for you and you have available. Try not to buy anything new for this, but if you do, buy the item with lots of intention, and be mindful of the money transaction.
The following items have magical properties to bring about Prosperity and Good Fortune.
Peony (Good luck, fortune, especially in the home)Catnip (Luck)
Mint (Communication)
Lemon Balm
Clover
Cinnamon
Allspice
Bay Leaf
Cashews (Money)
Almond
Aloe
Amber
Coins
The color Green (growth, money)
The color Orange (Good luck)

Bonus Spell:
Bring extra coins to the bank or to Coin Star, with the following incantation before you drop them off: With all the power from each exchange
I send out all my pocket change
And back to me it will return
With even more cash to burn
Visualize all the hands the coins pass through as they came into your possession and watch them leave, down the slot or to the teller at the bank. And as you receive the deposit slip or cash back, imagine all the good luck power of all those coins drawn together in that bill. Keep it for good luck, or spend it when you need to and visualize releasing the money power back into the world, to be returned to you again in the future.
Note to DBD: Feel free to reblog this post with whatever things you may have added or changed for your own spell. I was thinking we could make sigils or images to focus on for meditation/prayer next week.
Concept:
Using cards against humanity cards in tarot spreads.
Making full moon candle.
It’s okay to do witchcraft just for fun.
Spirituality does not have to be 100% serious all the time.
You are allowed to have a sense of humor about your craft.
You are allowed to introduce things into your practice for no other reason than finding them cute, cool, or funny. You don’t even need a reason.
You are allowed to casually chat with your deities and spirits about whatever is on your mind, even if it’s not something deep or enlightening.
You can totally go over the top with cheesy witch cliches, if you want to. Put on your robe and wizard hat. Recite that bit from Macbeth. You know the one.
You won’t be punished for casting spells for trivial purposes like winning a round of Mario Party.
May those who speak ill of me find no ears willing to hear.
May they be alone in their hatred and fear.
Hermes, Guide of the Dead, please show me the path to leave behind those who would hold me back.
Hermes, Friend to Merchants and Customers, let me find again the resources I would lose by cutting the lines that connect me to these souls.
Cunning Hermes, grant me the wit to know and the tongue to speak to those who would bring me good fortune, and shroud me in your cloak to defend me from those who would take it.
Bright, Beaming Hermes, let the cruel and predatory ones find their coffers empty, their wits addled, their children rebellious, and their friends no longer.
