Within the Witcher universe is a group called the "Sly Cats". The "Sly Cats" are Ex-Prisoners from Kovir which have been released by King Esterad Thyssen with the intention to execute mercenary work against the Nilfgaardian Empire. They have about one paragraph of context in "The tower of the swallow".

That is absolutely enough context for my friends to base their entire Witcher Larp Group on them. For one of the friends I made a patch for the back of his uniform. He send me the inspiration picture and I realised it with fabric and acrylics. The body, flag hands and head are sperate pieces and sewn on top of each other.

This project was lots of fun and took about three evenings after work. My friend and I really happy with how it turned out. Said friend will age the piece when it's sewn onto the cloths.

I don't have an addiction, I swear I can stop! - Since Beatrix is official a supporter Ranalds, the God of Luck, Fortune and Mischief in the Warhammer World, it seems that she have even more luck.. Sometimes. Maybe. But what is clear: you have to loose from time to time so you won't expelled from the roulette table.

I can't wait to open an illegal casino.. I mean a temple of Ranald of course!

Do you have any good gambling games? Just asking for.. Research reasons of course.

Renvar of Kaedwen. My interpretation of him at least. A character in the Witcher LARP I participated in. He was said to be young, charming, with a coy smile and playful eyes. A character who was not played by anyone in the Witcher LARP, as he sadly met a tragic fate before, that we had to piece together throughout the game. :( Anyway, I had fun with struggling through the armour, one day I will learn to do these by heart maybe.

In almost 3 weeks LARP is starting again. It's so surreal that you can finally go back to events and meet people there. There are a lot of people I only see on LARP events and it's so ridiculous that I didn't seen them for almost 3 years now. Can't believe my last Con is 3 years back in time.

Nevertheless I try to make everything ready for Bogenwald. I can't change that almost all of my clothing is too big now, since I lost a lot of weight while Corona, but I bought new hair and new armor parts. Can't wait for the upcoming photos of the event.

At the beginning of the year I got such a desire to continue playing this character after the dinner and the Corona Pause wasn't too bad to be honest. I had a lot of time to work on my LARP kit and dig a little deeper into it and how I want to develop my characters. But now that I see all these wonderful Nilfgaard pictures everywhere, I already miss it. I hope I can play my sorceress more often in 2021. I had finally time to pimp my leg armor. It looks so much better than the old one. Also it fits much better. I am really in love with the used look know. Tomorrow my waxed strings will arrive and I can fine tune it a bit.

Oh hey, I'm still alive. The LARP year 2020 is pretty much non-existent and therefore it is rather a bit quiet here. The only Con that hasn't been postponed yet is in October. Let's see if that will happen. Since I made pretty much everything I wanted to make for this year, I had time for other things. After gaining some weight during college, I wanted to go back to my original weight. I have lost 11 kg since recording my weight 4 months ago, which is 5.5% body fat. I'm pretty proud of that. 💪🏻 Now it is time to increase muscle mass. After all, I already have 3% more than in the beginning of my training. It is something. I can't wait to be at Con in my new Armour next year. And until then I will continue my training. 😁 Did you achieve anything during Corona that you are really proud of? I want to hear your stories!
