There is no place like home, and New York City will always be home to Dylan. The actor traveled back from Los Angeles the day prior, and was walking aimlessly through the traffic filled streets, enjoying even the noise surrounding him as he tried to make his mind on where to stop to grab a late lunch, his morning was filled with meetings, and he was starving at this point, there’s only so much those little snacks in between meetings can do. As his belly made an absurd sound for the second time in less then five minutes, he figured he just have to go inside the first place he comes across next, and that’s what he did, as soon as he spotted a café with quick meals signs calling his attention, he just walked straight inside. Quickly scanning the room, he started to make his way to a free table by the corner, and that’s when he spotted her. Right on the table next to the one he just mentally chose. Ironic. Daisy didn’t spot him right away, focused on scrolling through her phone, and for a second he thought about turning on his heels, and leave, which was the stupidest thing. Shaking his head he made his approach, clearing his throat in hopes to call her attention before eventually finding his voice: “Daisy, hi...” he tried as a greeting. “It- It’s good to see you!” He stuttered a little “It’s been a while...” Understatement of the year.
