adelaide was not asking for too much btw she kinda gets hate for being needy or clingly or high maintenance but she really wasnt theyd been engaged for fourteen years and she just wanted a plain little band of gold so creepy guys would stop trying to get at her and theres nothing wrong with that she should not have had to wait like that im just saying

omg gurl i feel you! about a year ago my mum was like 'you need to get a job, you're so lazy, etc' but we live in a tiny village so there's no jobs. i managed to get one in the next town over and after a week my mum made me quit because she said it was too far away and she didn't want to pick me up all the time... it was a 30 minute walk... and now she has the audacity to call me lazy for not having a job. i'm so glad i'm moving out in 3 weeks.
