I made overnight oats and I regret every decision.
It was 2AM. I was having a bad day.
I didnt have milk or fresh fruit, so I used water, honey and salt for my oats and popped in a few Frozen blueberries.
Every one of those choices was wrong.
In the morning (= 7 AM, five hours of sleep later), I added fresh apple pieces and some chopped up almonds. Those were the only smart decisions in this whole process.
The result? It looks like shit with apples and almonds on top, it tastes like soggy oats with apples and almonds on top, the blueberries taste like some alien substance and I have to work for at least four more hours, so I better eat enough of them to be healthy and sated.
Death would be the better option.
