There have been some more withdrawals -
At Rostelecom, Park so-youn of South Korea has withdrawn. Ice Dancers Sofia Evdokimova and Egor Bazin, the Host Pick, were replaced by Betina Popova and Sergei Mozgov.
At Skate Canada, Kim Na-hyun of South Korea and Roberta Rodgehiero of Italy have both withdrawn. Also, Michal Brezina of the Czech Republic was announced as Maxim Kovtun’s replacement. Also, Chafik Besseghier has withdrawn.
There was so much unpredictable behavior going on that it seemed unwise to depend on anyone.

Love notes from your nurse: Alcohol edition
I've seen a similar post going around with regards to EMS and party drugs (know what and how much you have taken and don't lie to the paramedics or ED docs if an emergency occurs, they just want to help) and I thought I would throw my two cents in. Don't bullshit your nurses or your doctors about how much you drink and how frequently. We are not here to bust you or judge you, we just want to save your life and alcohol is the one drug where the withdrawal alone can kill you. We need to know how much you drink, how often and when your last drink was because if you are not appropriately medicated alcohol withdrawal can cause seizures, brain damage or worse. So please, don't get frustrated or defensive, we are trying to do this for your own good.
