In honor of August being Women in Translation Month, I wanted to make a post showcasing just a few non-English books written by women that have been translated into English. I haven't read all (or even most) of these, but they are all on my TBR and look amazing. Most of these authors have more than one work, but I chose only to include one per author so that I could fit more on here. There's no way to make a list including every book and author that deserves to be recommended, but I hope that this post can be a jumping-off point for people interested in Women in Translation Month but intimidated by figuring out where to begin.
