despite the drizzle,  it was a rather nice day to spectate the quidditch match.  it was a spontaneous decision for daphne to attend the ravenclaw and gryffindor match.  she had very high hopes for her former house.  while she never played quidditch since her transfer from mahoutokoro,  she was very  knowledgeable  in the sport.

daphne glanced around from her seat and focused her attention on the rally.  the pep rally was enough to generate cheers from both houses.  of course, given gryffindor’s record,  she was partial to her own house and hoped that ravenclaw would come out victorious. 

she cupped her hands around her mouth and shouted.  “  go  RAVENCLAW  !!  ”

“  hey  !  ”  she waved at a familiar face.  “  fancy seeing you here.  ”  she scooted over from her seat on the bench to make some more room.

     “be careful on that broom of yours from now on, alright, chér?” freya smiled, waving a goodbye at the exiting patient before turning and coming face to face with another wix in the st. mungo’s hallway. “oh hello there -- did not expect to see you, is everything alright?”

“ uh oh, wix in sight. ” biscuit the albino snake, short in length, clever as merlin and twice as sly, hissed lowly to a very distracted reagan, forcing him to come into a slow, casual halt before he bumped into said wix. “ wotcher. ” the wizard goes lazily, looking rather disinterested while looking up from the white off pages of the grimoire he has been flipping through since leaving the white wyvern. he closed it shut with a dull thud. the former slytherin immediately smiled, though; a little dimple even popping out from the marble of his features. 

“ planning to spell a wish upon a star in knockturn alley ? ” he questioned, his nose scrunching just the slightest as biscuit placed her head back on top of his shoulder, her form barely wrapped around his neck due to her size. “ that’s tacky. ” the low hiss coming from biscuit made him snort. he covered it up with a subtle clear of his throat. 「 ✨  reagan has mentioned a canon magical object. x5 」 「 ✨  reagan has brought up a canon magical object. x2 」 「 ✨  reagan has gone out with his familiar. 」

ꜱᴛᴇᴀᴍ emerged from his thermos, holding a dose of caffeine that might be strong enough to wake someone up from a sleeping draught. it was around two in the afternoon, but leroy had only just w o k e n up. he sipped his coffee, letting out a soft hum as the warm, welcome liquid slid down his throat. leroy sat on a bench, leaning against the backrest and putting his thermos on his knee. he sat in silence for a while, until he noticed a figure stride closer from the corner of his eye. ❝ ye can sit here if ye' want. i don't bite. ❞

     “huh?” asher looked up to meet the eyes of the wix that had appraoched his table, adjusting his glasses from where they had been falling down his nose. “sorry, i didn’t quite catch that   --   what’d you say?”

“oh, come on ----- it’s not all doom and gloom. the quidditch season is starting, and i can’t think of a better reason to be HAPPY.”

     “look,” donny sighed, hand fluffing his curly hair as he looked to the student, “i don’t wanta be the bad guy here -- but ya can’t be actin’ the maggot ‘round here! because then i have t’stop ya based on my job description, and that’s no fun.”
