What a magical time! We really enjoyed being part of this year's Wizard Fest at Hendershot's Coffee in Athens GA. Tony and his team were awesome and the staff at Hendershots were so kind and helpful. I was able to touch a couple souls who needed guidance, and all in all a wonderful experience for all involved! We look forward to next years party :) Thanks Wizard Fest <3

WIZARDFEST tour dates announced

Calling all witches, wizards, and muggles alike - the Ministry of Magic cordially invites you to attend Hogwarts for an evening fit for Dumbledore. ‘Wizardfest’, a “Harry Potter” themed pop-up party, will take place in select cities beginning October 12 through November 22.

 ‘Wizardfest’ will feature “Harry Potter” themed trivia and a live DJ, playing all of your favorites from the movies, as well as a variety of hits from the 90s and 00s, all while transforming your favorite venue into Hogwarts for one night only. Your very own “Leaky Cauldron” will offer specially crafted “Harry Potter” themed drinks, such as “Butterbeer” and “Polyjuice Potion” for those 21 and over, so get ready to empty your Gringotts accounts.

 Attendees are encouraged to take a trip to Diagon Alley to pick up their favorite robes, broomsticks, and wands and come in their best dressed Harry Potter attire and participate in an epic costume contest that rivals the Tri-Wizard Cup. All witches, wizards, and even muggles can throw their names into the Goblet of Fire to enter the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, where the winner will be awarded a trip for two to London.

Wizardfest

Hi!! I just wanted to throw out there a super cool event my town is putting on next weekend!!

Ironton, Ohio will be holding a Harry Potter convention that they’re calling (ever so creatively) the Ironton Wizardfest. It’s shaping up to be an amazing event full of vendors, animals, events, cosplay groups, a “wizard’s ball” (with live music, a bar, food, etc). They will have a replica of the Weasley’s flying car, and so much more!! There will be something for everyone!

Here are just some of the super cool things they’re going to have there:

There will also be potions demonstrations and a 150’ Zipline!! There’s more but I can’t fit it all into one post! The event will take up 2-3 city blocks and include a photo-ready area!!!
