Our weekend.
Was pretty fun. For her at least. Both my dad and my mum offered her a sleepover so she got to stay out Friday and Saturday. She got spoilt and ate lots of treats and had a fantastic time. I picked her up Saturday morning as she had her first ever dance exam. She lived it, I was more nervous than her. Her teacher said there was nothing to worry about though as half the time she's the one telling people the right moves. 😂😂. And of course her teacher was right. She passed. Now we're just waiting to find out exact grade. We did a bit of shopping before I dropped her at her Nanna's. She'd had a fantastic parents evening. She works hard, she's really helpful and kind and she's managed to settle her emotional outbursts at school at least. The only thing holding her back is her handwriting. She struggles with letter sizing and keeping on the line. So she got a new book to read as a well done and a new special pen and notebook just for practicing her handwriting. We're gonna copy out song lyrics and poems out and decorate it all so it's fun. This evening we found her first wobbly tooth. It's very cute and she's very excited but wow is my kid a drama queen. Everything hurts, she can't eat or drink or do her teeth. I can't even give her a kiss. 😂. I told her to chew on the other side of her mouth and she sat there with her head tilted right over. Tomorrow I'll be having a tidy up day while she's at school. Tonight I iron.
Baby teeth naturally fall out when the permanent tooth is about to come out. In most cases, it is perfectly fine to let nature take its course and have the child remove it themselves...
The Tooth Fairy ran out of Money
Last week the Tooth Fairy ran out of money. All she had in her pretty little purse was 65 cents and she really did not feel this was enough for our little Chanel.
That evening, I had taken the girls and a couple of their friends from school to the local…
