mono!
Talk about a serious wodblock.
I got diagnosed with mono last week (wednesday) but in reality I've had it since the Thursday before. I am "not allowed" to work out for upwards of 6 weeks, with potential consequences of bursting my spleen or liver if I do.
Life sucks sometimes.
I'm hoping I'll be able to start again the week after spring break...
