Meet Peat's brother, Dauber!

This is my first time drawing him. He's a Mud/Hive hybrid, and two years younger than Peat (the above image is him as an adult). He's an adopt from u/AshTheAwkwardPeep on Reddit and I love him so much. The original image under the cut, as well as his story!

Age: 2 Gender: Male (he/him) Occupation: Jewellery maker Bio: Dauber grew up in Jewel Hive as the dragonet of Coot (his mother), a visiting MudWing merchant (and biological parent to Peat, who meets her after living the first three years of his life with his adopted family in Possibility), and his father Thorax, an advisor to Lady Jewel. They were a fairly happy family and Dauber still visits them sometimes. He (as an adult) has a partner, a LeafWing named Crocus.

Peat is a dragonet who lives in Possibility with his adoptive mother and brother, Mayfly and Meerkat, where he is learning to understand medicine. While this is unusual for MudWings, it’s because the other eggs in his hatching were cracked. His parents left him at an orphanage in Possibility. He is a bubbly dragonet with a kind personality. He likes listening to music and helping sick dragons.

Deffo one of my top 3 traumatised MudWings (TW: mild blood and eyestrain.)

Sora's so damn cool istg we need SO MUCH more of her. The earrings are from her sibs. The two smaller ivory ones are from Pheasant and Reed, and the claw is Crane's. (Poor Crane man...)
