THP character appearance hcs pt 1

beryl. ik hybrids don't take exactly the colors from their parent like sunny is gold and darkstalker and whiteout are a blueish black rather than teal but for fun I made beryl a bit more orange and brighter than mulberry's red and also gave her his wing fades to orange. I'm sure beryl probably doesn't have that but still

snakeroot; same explanation as above except I took greener versions of the tiny hints of green on mulberry's scutes. also made the wings more like maples, tiny spikes on the tail, and changed the nose for nightwing flare w the stars looking like speckles on leaves.

falcon. so falcon and summit are actually partially based in my ext au. w their placement, I hc that color and physical traits are still very diverse and that skywings typically have dark overscales if their underscales are bright. so this falcon has some brown and green eyes from her ancestor.

summit explained above. just red wings.

precipice. dark orange is a weird color but she's said to be darker orange. sometimes dark orange in media like warrior cats is just red orange, so I based her off of that. I'm sure tui meant actually a darker shade of the hue orange here buuuut funny dark orange and red theme.

dolphin. anemone is blue w pink. dolphin is green w pink. you see the royal pattern is missing, that's bc of what I said before about this bring an au. lagoon's family is disconnected from the og royal family in it.

hibiscus. hc that all rainwings pre jacaranda were all green with colorful accents like leafwings, often depending on your job. royalty for example tend to get more sunlight so they have more colorful accents. also I hc that the og royal family is the same as today all bc rainwings had to defend themselves the most and it would be probably #1 priority to keep the royal family alive at all cost. if the mudwings losing their queen led to their territory being taken, then losing a queen probably always led to this so it was unacceptable. after all, many queens died in one night. also implies rainwing queens possibly were more lenient about heirs.

lemur :D. same rule as above but lemur markings around eye.

retribution. this one is mostly because of my au. I actually saw retribution as a darker black with red accents, but in my au most early nightwings and especially the royal family were very green for the forests. so green retribution. red retribution maybe in pt 2. actually in hindsight some were straight up orange. ig. but the royal family is green and purple.

waterfall. ik the statue doesn't show her actual appearance but some of it had to be true. I just made her lighter and more saturated.
