OK so I need people on my dash to be talking about this show. It's not just about dancing or competition - in fact there's very little of the "competition" or "drama" that is usually amped up in a reality show of this genre. Instead, Lizzo encourages the Grrrls to be supportive and care for their own bodies as well as one another! There is so much wonderful, uplifting messaging about body acceptance and the very real ongoing struggle to get there and maintain in a shallow, body-shaming society.

I really cannot recommend this show enough. I laughed, I cried, I marveled at the sheer TALENT and skill of these amazing Grrrls! (Also, it's very Queer friendly!)
