Shiha in formal wear! This came out surprisingly well (compared to how well it was going when I started sketching) so I now have a token for the next time the party goes to meet with the queen. u-u I added a bonus Shiha with novel-canon hair (light red) to fix the image ratio.
Much thanks for the submission. This is the last one I received, so unless someone else sends another in the next few days, the set will be complete. Still got space left to fill out the sketchbook page, so I might have to come up with bonus doodles to fill the space.

I had a lot of fun with the background & trying to get the right vibes out of the color palette; sampling colors from photos is powerful. The design is weak, but I enjoy crab-hands-Jesus so I don't care. Many thanks for sending me an emoji. u-u

honestly? i think you should recolor the costumes. the only problem there is parfait, though you might be able to recolor just the green in her costume and get away with that… (I’m still an advocate for either color-matching or, as previously stated, animal-matching)
I think for Parfait (the horse, for big sis’s reference; she’s a pegasus technically.) I was going to just adjust the shade of “green“ the makes up the primary parts of her costume to make her a better match to Lettuce. So instead of a grass green, she’d get more of a teal. (And she’ll learn to deal cuz like :///// I ain’t spendin’ ten years fuckin’ with the rainbow.) Alt. I could just take the green in the rainbow and trade all instances of the primary shade of blue with the green, so blue goes into the rainbow etc. I think the ones with bigger or more thematic color palettes were my main concern. See: Strawberry and Pudding. Both of them rely on their costumes primarily colors in combo with the accent colors to convey their food. Not sure how to handle those in recolor.

And I think the sortings I’m look at right now are: arbitrary (Mint&Zakuro replace Chocolat&Macaron, Sixth Mew replaces Sixth Cure, etc.), best outfit, color, and animal (which is tough when you consider no aquatics and a horse). Things that throw wrenches in everything: Gelato’s costume doesn’t match with anyone, Lettuce also doesn’t make for good matches. BUT idea:
Animal pairs, so Ichigo->Macaron/Cat, Zakuro->Dog/Chocolate, Berri->Strawberry Shortcake/Rabbit. The obvious ones. Then the weird ones.
Lettuce->Parfait/Pegasus because mermaids and pegasi are mythical creatures.
Pudding->Gelato/Lion because she’s a Golden Lion Tamarin or what not, which might be a monkey but has lion in it because of it’s mane, which is one of Gelato’s motifs. Pudding could also fit the rough and tumble image of that costume.
Mint->Pikario(Waffle/Butterfly) because wing motif on the literal wings, the headpiece, and the cape.
And then Ringo->Pudding/Squirrel because the leftovers. And Pudding Cure seems like the cute little sister type of the squad.
Hermes in a Kigurumi of Her Favorite Animal [Questions Here]
I went with a hoodie because kigurumi bottoms are boring and the top half abridges cleanly to a hoodie. Just sayin’, but asking for her to dress as her favorite animal is HORRIFIC CONSIDERING WHAT HER OTHER FAVORITE IS. I didn’t wanna think what a person-themed kigurumi would look like, so I went with owls.
I included her broom because 1) I wanted to draw it and 2) the imagery of her flying around in the dead of night in her owl costume greatly amused me. I’m also glad that this simple eye coloring style makes it a lot easier to give an idea of what her eye color is supposed to look like…
But yeah, last one for tonight. Tomorrow I finish sheet two. So now is a good time to send more if you wanted to send one cuz I only have three left. Just sayin.
Negiwa Yoshimi in Stereotypical Tourist Gear [Questions Here]
So I opted to avoid the aloha shirt, khakis and sandals with socks (i.e. Mana) route so I could prey on some Japanese tourist stereotypes. Colorful rain coats, and posing with peace signs at every tourist attraction was the best I could manage. And an I Love New York shirt because who really wears those except tourists. I’m psure each country issues their tourists a uniform, but I couldn’t find the one for Japan. Bummer.
Also, my new ruler has a scalloped edge so I was obligated to use it.

There's a near 0% chance I listened to number 42 enough times to put it on the list if at all; I don't care much for the anime openings or listen to the TV size versions. I have so many questions. It's not even on an album or playlist I like... There's something weird about the way Spotify counts plays.
