Actually something amusing in the idea of Jason forgetting to eat because eating has always been a massively communal activity for him. He has little physical connection to his body so hunger signals often don't exist or go ignored, especially if he's doing something else he considers more important. People breaking for lunch or dinner always prompted him that it was time to eat, but when there's no one else around to prompt him or to kick-start that wolf-bred instinct of "everyone has to eat", it slips his mind.

Jason, who is very, very confused by picky eaters because why would you not want food? Food is a luxury, and if you earn that food, why would you reject it? He eats everything, even things he's probably allergic to because he's not dead, right? The concept of eating food because you like it, and for other reasons other than survival is so foreign to him

The Brick is a Duck AU | 15 headcanons | 320 Words

Everything is the same but the 'Brick' is a duck named Brick who hates Jason with a seething passion and keeps attacking him throughout the series and Rick just never put that into context.

To tell you the truth the duck has always hated Jason since he stepped on its webbed foot when he was three and the duck was a hatchling.

It has imprinted that Jason is their moral enemy as it had imprinted that the local mother goose who lives in the lake was its, well, mother.

Everyone just EXPECTS Jason to remember to look out for a flying, angry coming his way.

I mean it's the norm at Camp Jupiter and in New Rome like whenever that flying kid's around look out for a blood thirsty duck

But since Jason still can barely remember anything from his past he just doesn't dodge as he normally would

The duck is very confused but happy for it's final win

Just found out that there is one (1) fic on ao3 that is Jason Grace-centric and as a resident Jason Grace stan im sad. So now im going to aggressively make jason hcs bc fuck you i love him

- his favorite way to eat meat is raw

-he and thalia have been featured on buzzfeed unsolved multiple times and are very popular topics of discussion (jason’s more popular though)

- he was never taught cursive and at this point is scared to ask

- he was also never taught how to read an analogue clock and is scared to ask

- small spoon

- he avoids smiling widely bc his canines are v v sharp

- sometimes when he sees a puppy (or puppy wolf) he’ll just pick it up and stare at it

- he doesn’t like cats

- he has a collection of shiney things he’s found in a box under his bead

- sometimes he forgets himself around people he loves and just- headbuts them

- the fastest way to get him to fall asleep is by petting his hair like a literal dog

- he got fleas once as a toddler, he doesnt like to talk about it

- his front teeth are chipped and jagged bc lil baby jason woild try to mimic the wolves but his teeth weren’t as strong

- he’s ambidextrous but his handwriting is terrible

(this is bc he first learned to write with his mouth and had to teach himself how to write with his hands after he got to CJ)
