i really don't relate to a lot of other canine nonhumans because of the "dumb puppy" aesthetic. nothing wrong if you're a silly little dog and you like to play with toys and get pats from your owner and want to be told what to do all the time, if that's how you feel then i want you to be happy! but i am a distrusting and independant being, and as much as i'd like to find a lifelong mate, i could never imagine myself being under the care of a handler. i want someone to see me as an equal and as the intelligent, but dangerous and horrifying beast that i am.
