Stiles has nice, easy life with Derek as his husband, but he starts to notice weird things happening. At first he's sure something's happening to him and Derek, but it's not so easy. I'm a big fan of mind fuckery, so I really enjoyed it. I'd love if it was longer and more developed! I think it's more mature than NC-17, but well. Also, warning contains quite important spoiler, so if you don't need it, I advise to skip it.
