"What's that place you were going on about the other day? Barcelona? Can we go there?"
"Barcelona it is!" The Doctor grinned as he sprang into action, running around the console.
Rose clucked her tongue. "Whatever you say..." She singsonged. "In that case, where to today?"
"I dunno….where do you wanna go?"
Rose rolled her eyes playfully. "You're insane. You should get some rest!" She looked around the console room. "I can watch all the buttons and things!"
"But I'm fully rested!" The Doctor protested. "I slept a couple nights ago, I'm good for a week!
Rose laughed at the doctor's mini-rant about sleep. "Good morning" she yawned. Eight hours may have seemed like a lot to him but there were some days that she wished she could sleep for way more than that. "Do you sleep at all?" She asked, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes.
"Of course I do! Everyone needs sleep once in a while. I just don't sleep nearly as much as you, a few hours a week and I'm good to go. I went almost a month without sleep once. It was fun." He grinned.
((Hi! I'm a newbie trying to make friends in the the roleplay community!)) Rose pulled her hair over her shoulder, smiling at the Doctor. "Did I miss anything?" She asked looking around the TARDIS.
"Oh just eight more hours of life," the Doctor said with a long-suffering sigh. "Honestly, you humans and your sleep. You know in the future you evolve beyond the need of eight hours a night, you only need four or five. Which is still a lot every night but it’s not two-thirds of your life so I consider that progress. Good morning!"
