I hear there’s a rumor going around that the US women’s soccer team {the ones that are a #bigdeal right now } trained around their period! How cool is that? I have def not verified this so don’t quote me on it but O M G How genius?!? We have so many hormone fluctuations we need to figure out how to listen to our bodies so they can perform at their best and last a lifetime Tbh ... Today i was mucho not feelin the workout - felt sluggish and average weight felt superrrrrr heavy for me Then i checked my @flotracker and guess what!!?!? Mama flo is comin into town soon No wonder i felt so sluggish - my body is reserving its strength and getting ready to turn inwards So what did i do to combat this? I went a little lighter on the weight and just did a few extra sets instead Girls gotta listen to her dang self Ya feels? Do you notice fluctuations in your body around certain times of the month?
