I noticed something. Jaune. He tries to woo Weiss for nearly two seasons, ignoring the fact she’d already rejected him many, many times. It’s clear she tolerates him during this. Did he ever really try to get to know her? No, he was trying to win her over just because she was pretty. In Volume 5, there was a chance to develop their relationship after he saved her life, but there was nothing. She never even thanked him, all they did after reuniting in v6 was exchange a look.

Neptune. Sure, he caught her interest for a little while, but her little crush was only for his looks. She seems to accept his flirting a little more, even tries to spend time with him. That little crush she had was tossed out the window when he tried to charm Team NDGO. They never interacted in Volume 6.

Henry. The first thing he does when he appears onscreen is flirt with Weiss, she seems to tolerate it considering she’s probably used to it. Let’s be honest, he was just like Neptune. He claims he isn’t flirting because she’s pretty, but it’s obvious that’s the whole reason he even spoke to her. He very quickly enrages her and is kicked out. 

Ruby. Out of all the people we’ve seen trying to woo Weiss, she’s the single person who got to know to know her first. Others flirted with her because they found her attractive, or for the fact she’s a Schnee.  Weiss reacted with irritation and frustration after the other’s attempts, but Ruby? The next time we see the girl holding onto her when we know very well she had no reason to.
