She is as close to where Cheshire is being kept as possible. Fury and rage is bubbling inside as Ladybug keeps a loose hold on her yo yo. The teenage hero slash vigilant is ready to fight if need be.
And she's blessing the fact that an ice macaroon worked for once. A snowflake pattern is carved into the red and a tiara is atop her head. A blue fur lined collar brushes her chin and a belt is clasped around her hips.
Ladybug had been wise to use the potion sparingly. For now she can stay out despite the chill and keep watch.
She had sent wyazz into the room and the little green turtle was hiding near Ches fully prepared to use his own special skill to try and help. It might not amount to much.. But it would cause enough of a fuss that she and anyone else could come save their felled kitty.
Gokudera should have been more surprised than he was when Uri dashed right out his door when he got home from work. She hadn’t done it for awhile, but something had him feeling like today would be the day she would lead him to another chase around town. And yeah, with that feeling he should have tried to stop it but for whatever reason he didn’t despite how tired he was from the long day.
With a small sigh, he tossed his bag into his room and quickly took off after Uri. He was a few feet behind her anyways and he knew she wouldn’t get any further ahead as long as he didn’t lose site of her. She wouldn’t get far, she never did. Someone would always stop her suddenly or she’d stop herself after she felt like she’d given him enough of a work out. Though she did do something he hadn’t seen her do in a long while, she’d instantly jumped into someones arms without being beckoned and it had caused him to slow down in his running for a bit.
There were only a handfull of people Uri would willingly love on out of her own accord, but all of them, as far as he knew, were still at home. That simple thought should have pushed him to rush over and see if by some grace of god it had been one of his fellow guardians like he was suspecting or the Tenth himself, but instead he stayed frozen for a moment. If it wasn’t the Tenth, it meant he was another guardian down to keep him safe, if he was lucky, maybe it would be Hibari or Mukuro that was there and he’d feel slightly better about it since the two bastards tended to do more harm than good when it came to the Tenth. But if it was the Tenth, then his worries would end completely.
Whoever it was, he had to see for himself. Whatever stemmed from it would stemm from it and they’d deal with it as it came. With the last few steps he moved to where he could now have a better view of who it was and he felt his heart instantly drop. It was the worst person possible to end up here with him. The only other person he had trusted with his life to keep the Tenth as safe as he could.
Work had been slow that day so they had let Haruhi out sooner than she had been scheduled for. She had homework she had to do so it at least benefited her in that, but even with that in mind, she still found herself taking the long way home. For some reason, despite working in a flower shop and seeing them all the time, she wanted to see the roses in the park.
The park was almost empty, which was a rare site but nothing too bad. She didn’t want to get side tracked too much. She was just going to get a picture of the rose garden and then head home, but as she paused to pull out her camera a sudden bark caught her attention and before she fully turned around to see it she was tackled by a golden retriever.
The dog was instantly licking her face and Haruhi couldn’t help but laugh as it did. “Woah! Calm down there buddy!” She was able to speak through her laughter as she slowly pushed the dog down and off of her. Gently she began searching the dog for a collar, the sweet girl wagging her tail excitedly but behaving none the less.
“You poor thing.... are you alone out here?” She spoke in a calm voice as he looked over the dog. She looked so much like Antoinette, but she knew it couldn’t be her. Antoinette always had her ribbon on her, and she would never be this dirty. Plus, why would she randomly dream of the pup being lost and dirty, even in her dreams she’d never even think of something like that.
“Let’s go get you cleaned up and see if we can find your family yeah?”
Sora had just gotten out of work when he suddenly felt the need to go walk along the shoreline of the beach instead of heading to the S.S.A to see if there was anything he could help with. He had of course, without a second thought, followed his heart and made his way over, taking his shoes off and holding them in his hands. The sand under his bear feet felt like home, and the small waves washing over them only made the feeling better. If he closed his eyes he could pretend he was back on Destiny Islands with Riku and Kairi.
He could almost feel him there, and for a moment he thought they would be when he opened his eyes again, but they weren’t. It was okay though, he knew it was, wherever they were they were fine, and that simple thought had him smiling softly out towards the ocean before he turned and started walking along the shoreline. He kept his eyes down at the sand, letting his mind wonder for a bit before he felt compelled to suddenly look up. When he did, his eyes instantly landed on the figure a few feet away from him.
Eyes widened before a large smile broke across his face as he realized who it was. The same person he had gone to look for before he wound up in this new Wonderland.
“RIKU!!!” He cried out as he took off from running towards his childhood friend, nearly tackling him to the ground in a huge bear hug. “I found you!!”
Kagome hated fighting. Never once liked it, but it had become the norm for her three years ago, and even though she had lived a peaceful life for the past three years, it hadn’t felt right. So of course when she found out about the S.S.A when she arrived in Wonderland, she had quickly offered her assistance in any way.
She didn’t have her bow with her anymore, but she had experience in first aid, and she was a priestess after all! She had abilities she could probably use to help with one thing or another, what exactly that could be she had no idea yet but that wasn’t important at the moment.
The young priestess had been walking around aimlessly looking for where she could go to get information on how she could help the Alliance when she had finally spotted someone and quickly called out to them.
“Putting away bad parts of you?” Hanzo repeated her words with a soft whisper as he took the offered plant. He didn’t know why he had considered following her instructions or how she guessed that there was something he needed to put away. He didn’t question it though, he would gladly take any attempt to help ease his heart.
“Is it....is it actually good to put away the bad parts?” He found himself asking her as he dug up some soil to make room for the plant in his hands, not once looking up at her as he spoke. “I have been told before that speaking about what troubles you, though perhaps I should not be the one speaking this as I do not follow their words myself. But you are young, too young to be burying any demons you have in the ground. They always find a way back out.”
“Ah, finally!” The brunette female shouted as she stretched her arms above her head. Back in her Odaiba High School uniform, her red and white sneakers kissed the pavement as she left M. H. Towers from her modelling job. The shoot took a bit longer then the female was expecting, and because of that, it was chow time.
“Mimi! How was today’s shooting?” Reaching for her phone she flipped it open seeing Palmon smiling at her. “Hmmm, longer then what they told me.” Her lips turned into a pout but disappeared just like that as she continued. “Aside from a long time, it went fairly well.” Fixing her black headband with her one hand she continued her walk.
As Mimi was walking through Queens area she continued talking with Palmon as she waved to the people inhabiting the place. What was the female in the mood to eat for a late lunch but early dinner? Knave’s Place sounded good, she did work up an appetite those lights take a toll on one’s body if they aren’t prepared!
Entering the building she sat herself down by the window and ordered right away. She may not look like it, but she could eat a lot when she wanted too. The restaurant was fairly busy so there were conversations heard everywhere. Downing who knows how much water her food arrived and she happily ate. “Thanks for the meal!”
Upon paying for her meal she left the place stretching. “Ah, that was good.” As she began walking again her mind began wandering. How were mom and dad doing? Along with the fact if the group were brought to Wonderland as well. How much time has passed from her world and this world?
While consumed in her thoughts she ended up bumping into someone. “Oh gosh! I’m so sorry! My clumsy self wasn’t paying attention. Are you alright?” Panic rose in her voice hoping she didn’t hurt them too badly.
Sora would often find himself at the beach when he wasn’t working, training or trying to find ways to communicate with anyone back home. He hadn’t been successful on that last one yet but Sora was determined, and the growing worry left him more determined. What was going on back home? The last thing he remembered was heading off after failing his Mark of Mastery exam — along with nearly becoming a vessel in the process — to try and train and get stronger, and along the way he’d fallen into a very different version of Wonderland than what he originally knew to be a world he’d frequented before, seemingly with no way out.
The fact that more of his friends were popping up here was both good and bad as well. He’s been ecstatic to see them again of course, but... it meant Xehanort had more of an advantage at this point. Sora couldn’t shake thoughts like this every now and then and places like the beach not only helped distract him, but made him feel a little less homesick.
The brunet’s gaze was on the ocean, so focused on his current train of thought that he didn’t notice anything or anyone around him but the ocean and the occasional waves that kept coming in.
