big tips | expect two posts on thursday!!

AREA ୨ৎ

be in a calm area where it's cozy and comfortable. make sure the area you're studying at is clean and tidy, and make sure that its big enough for all your supplies.

examples : your desk, a cozy café, or a library.

NOTES ୨ৎ

remember to only take notes of important facts / definitions. don't copy the whole page of the textbook because everything may not be super important.

keep your notes organized, add headers / titles to every new topic so you can study easier.

CONCENTRATION ୨ৎ

don't listen to music with singing, it can cause distractions and you won't get much done.

ignore distractions as much as you can. (unless an important event came up) this includes calls, texting, and much more.

make sure to let yourself take breaks. don't tire yourself.

GOALS ୨ৎ

set realistic goals. don't set goals that aren't healthy and that will get you burnt out.

after completing your goals, reward yourself with something like your favorite snack or watching a tv show you've been dying to watch!

୨୧ 8:40 AM : eat a healthy breakfast

୨୧ 8:55 AM : brush teeth and put on exercise clothes

୨୧ 9:00 AM : exercise and stretch

୨୧ 9:35 AM : shower & skincare

୨୧ 10:00 AM : get out and put clothes on

୨୧ 10:10 AM : dry hair if washed

୨୧ 10:20 AM : do any other body care

୨୧ 10:35 AM : go to your room and tidy it up

୨୧ 11:10 AM : do any school work left

୨୧ 11:40 AM : take a short break and eat a snack

୨୧ 11:45 AM : go back to school work

୨୧ 12:00 PM : relax !

Always smile, It radiates confident energy and will let people know that you know you're pretty and a kind individual.

Greet and compliment everyone, even small talk can make someone's day. Tell someone that you love their hair, makeup, outfit, etc.

Be positive at all times, never think negatively. Instead of "I wish i was prettier." think "I'm beautiful, and I can always change my appearance if i try hard enough."

Comfort anyone when they're feeling sad, even if you're not good at it. Listening to someone's problems can really make their day and cheer them up.
