I use to have very vivid Red hair. And now I have the front red and back black. The woman that hates me at work and makes my life a living nightmare has now have dyed her hair the same as my before hair. And the dye job is really bad. Lololllollolol. She hates me because she cant be me. Ive done nothing but be nice to her.

One of my managers is a bully.
I keep trying to find something in them that is not terrible, but I am struggling. He showed me a Snapchat video he took of him kicking someone off of our front steps where we work with “Bum Duty” across it. My heart broke for the poor guy, he was not doing anything wrong.
I really wish I could fire him, he is a bully and an asshole who pops his head into every meeting he is not invited to, talks over the other women in the office, and spends most of his time in the office slacking off and delegating his duties to the other women that work here. Ugh.
He literally just walked by me while talking to someone else and said that he “tries to harass” me every time he goes by, then rushed to assure the other party that it was “in a good way”.
He makes me feel like I felt in high school when I had to ignore all the jerks who harassed me constantly.
So... what do you do when you’re aspie and you’re used to being hated and you have a work bully for the first time, you’re being supported. Management believes you and wants you to stay and wants to help you and wants you to address the bullying.
Because the bully knows just how far to go before doing anything really noticible. It’s more a long term game of stalking, shade, condescension, and subtle joy at my (perceived) failure. And she has supporters from the in crowd.
My manager supports and believes me. I just talked to her manager about a different issue and I didn’t name names but he supports me and wants the issue addressed. He kind of sounds like he may know it may be her, which makes me wonder how observable her behavior may be.
But... I just don’t feel like it’ll go well. She will deny deny and i don’t have much evidence. So much is tone and perception.
