Does anybody have access to the hiring blacklist? I've applied to hundreds of jobs at this point and I've gotten a dozen responses and 2 interviews, both ghosting me afterwards. I've had like 6 people check my resume: family, friends, and workshops and none see anything wrong with it. I've tried both using my preferred and deadname and at this point I think I'm on some sort of blacklist or something.
Today I finally stood up to my fellow employees because they are abusing my kindness and overworking me to the point where it is effecting my physical and mental health horribly. They in turn game me shit and started verbally abuseing me. Trying to make me feel like I was in the wrong. I work 6 days a week about 60 hours a week pulling 2 doubles a week. I don’t know what to do. My bosses are fully supporting me but I’m still breaking down.... I have quite literally no life out side of work.
so like idk if many people know this but like there’s a website called teacherspayteachers.com or something like that and you can make a profile for free and it has assignments WITH answers on most of them
You could look up an assignment your teacher gave you if you wanted to and chances are it’s probably going to be free because why would teachers pay 5$ or so for one assignment
I’d say use this wisely and if you want to pay for assignments then do it at your own risk lol

Hello tumblr, any tips for starting my first 9 to 5? I've never worked full time before, it's a desk job and I'm having major imposter syndrome lol.
Anyone have any good examples for cover letters? I’m really rusty and my dream job opened up, any help would be appreciated.
