Iāve dropped 30lbs, and Iām already halfway to reaching my goal and Iām keen to dropping the rest.Ā Since January I have lost a total of roughly 50lbs.Ā
The first pic was taken today The pic below was back in January.Ā Lots of hard work and lots of hard work yet to do, but Iām pretty keen to keep going ;)
Looking forward to where Iāll go from here :DĀ

It's sad that if people don't understand the pain you're in, they find ways to diminish that pain.
This is for all pain, not just migranes (which is what this post is influenced by)
No pictures today. Just text! So it's been a while since I've made an update. Things have been absolutely crazy in life. My Meemaw passed away this past week. It's been rough. Luckily my wife was right beside me the whole way. At the funeral my brother was present. My brother and I have had a strained relationship since we got in a tiff and he called my wife a cow. I may, or may not have, promised to break his nose the next time I saw him. It was awkward, but death has a way of bringing people together. He apologized to my wife, we hugged, and I guess that's a relationship I'm going to have to work on. If you're from the South you know every funeral is followed by an ungodly amount of food. Not just food, but the most unhealthy food full of carbs, fats, and fried treats. I'm sad to say I didn't exactly restrain myself and gave in. Then... I totally had an unhealthy amount of moonshine/beer. After that, was mother's day. I love this day and hate it. It lets me show my mother and sister how much I appreciate them, but I never know what to get them. Also, so much Mexican food was consumed... Again I kinda gave in. I'm going to have to work extra hard to work all this off, but I'm not worried. I starred a new lift routine, and I consistently have been hitting a 24 minute 3 mile. Anyways, lift shit, be safe, and have fun. Love you guys!
āA-Are you trying to suggest something!?ā
According to the Calorie Control Council, the average American consumes more than 4,500 calories and 229 grams of fat during Thanksgiving. Between the main meal, the pie, the drinks, and all the appetizers and sides the pounds start to pile on.
This year, why not make the pledge to get outside to participate in some of your favorite outdoor activities in order to reset the mind, bond with family and friends, and burn off all those holiday goodies. We arenāt saying you have to skip the pumpkin pie (323 calories per slice according to the USDA), but maybe head out on that family hike before or after the big feast.
feelin guilty about eating that entire tray of cookies?
don't. you can work out tomorrow. or next week. or never. but don't feel guilty because in ten months or ten years or jesus, in ten days, I guarantee you, what you're regretting will have nothing to do with what you ate today.Ā
