I've had a kitting breakthrough!! I've had an idea in the back of my mind for months but I just couldn't figure out how to do it and I think I might have solved the mystery! I hope this works out the way I think it will!

You People Drive Me Insane
People who stand around the back of the gym, waiting for a free treadmill make me crazy. Like, there's no other equipment in here that you can use instead? Like, you don't have somewhere better to be, that you can afford to burn time standing around looking bored and annoyed, rolling your eyes? Get over it.
I want my body aching so fucking bad tomorrow at work that Im going to want to end it all.
Thats how hard im working out today.
I have gotta get serious about working out. I have eaten so much this past week. And bad stuff . I downloaded the couch to 5k app that I really wanna start tomorrow. I hate that I'm not disciplined. Idk how to make myself commit and do it. I've have my personal training certification for almost a year and I've done nothing. Two of my new year's goals was to do my first 5k and be training 3 people. I gotta get on this. I need some more accountability dangit. I have all these ideas and thoughts in my head that I wanna do but I'm not putting any action behind them. It reminds me of this quote I heard"you cannot plow a field by turning it over in your mind." All wings things are not gonna become reality just by wishing them into existence, I have to put the work in. Gym tomorrow!
