So I know I used be able to go hard at the gym. At my prime I was probably doing 5-6 days a week for and hour or more. I could go hard. I loved sweating.
Since then I’ve gained about 50lbs.
I have lost all of the muscle I gained. So I’m back at square one for strength training. I just want to hit it hard at the gym without feeling like I’m going to pass out and/or get heartburn (yes heartburn. burpees and mountain climbers are the root cause) I want to be able to finish a 5k on the treadmill without my boobs feeling like they're going to rip off my chest because they're so heavy.
Does it get easier? I feel like I’m not working hard enough to make the workout count? I’m doing strength training and maybe 20 min on the treadmill walk/run. I’m trying because I hope that it can get some weight off so it’s easier to push myself.
