Guess what I ate pizza and chocolate this week and lost weight. You’re allowed to eat good things. Just don’t let it make you spiral. The next day I still worked out and I still ate well. You’ve got this. Remember moderation.
Went on a walking path I haven’t done in a while and when I was going uphill on the last leg I definitely felt way faster than I have before.... Could be because we’re getting a brea from the humid 90 degree weather.. but I’m going to chalk it up to I’m more conditioned now ;)

I recently moved to a bigger city as the thing I do now is of I have a craving for something that’s not so healthy I either bike or walk to the store to buy it. Half the time I say nah that’s not worth it and then I don’t indulge or I saw you know what it’s okay and burn a few extra cals to get my snack. It’s a win win!

½ cup almond milk
1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
