I used to do it for the “you look so skinny.” I used to do it for the calorie burn and the 6 pack abs. But somewhere along the way, I decided to do it just for me, my health, my sanity, and my future. And when I made that shift in mindset, that’s when I truly realized what it feels like to be healthy, happy, and full of life.
