Today was #LegDay! One of my toughest muscle groups to work cause of my replaced ACL in my knee! Loved working out with you again Karla! It would have been easy for me to push pause and not push myself as hard as I could have...since no one was watching me! I would have stayed in bed and kept hitting three snooze button today! BUT, I knew I had to get up, eat, and workout at 8 am with Karla and Autumn! 💪 But instead I woke up, I ate and I pushed myself to the point of serioussss sweat!! I was shaking cause I pushed my muscles so hard! YOU GUYS the best thing I love about this new 80 day program coming out and the test group I'm in is that Autumn will work closely with us! She WILL PUSH US!! She literally tells us when to eat and what to eat so we get THE BEST possible results, which means for me stepping out of my comfort zone and eating before I workout in the morning...which I have been practicing and easing in to! (Let’s be real..takes a few days to adjust to! But once you do then it’s super simple!)
