I seriously feel like I'm starting from scratch again. Starting out slowly and going to try to stay off My Fitness Pal. I just dont want to be as obsessive as I was about it last time. I did not lose weight in a healthy way before. I need to get back down where I was though. At least where I was pre-pandemic lol. I can't wear half the stuff in my closet 😫 .
