225x10 @92lb body weight. A few months ago 3 reps of this weight was difficult haha. Progress. Whatever it is you're passionate about, stay consistent, and work passionately. You will PROGRESS. Someone asked me why do I post these videos? My answer was.. Just showing I practice what I preach for starters :) There's people I coach and I know it helps motivate and or encourage them. I have friends that are also into fitness as much as I am, sometimes it's just cool to share your progression with others. I enjoy watching all my friends progression in whatever they love to do or are passionate about.
