Vinyasa Kumbhaka , Sunday December 30th
from 1pm-4.30pm @ Intuitive Flow
Price 500.000 IDR
Pivotal to pranayama, the practice of Kumbhaka or breath retention can radically transform your asana practice. When combined with different postures, breath retention acts as a force of its own, refining the body-mind connection by releasing tissues and fine-tuning the mind.
Both workshops, Restorative Kumbhaka and Vinyasa Kumbhaka explore breath retention within different contexts.
Based on the principles of “passive” or “cold” practices, Restorative Kumbhaka taps into the alchemy between gravity and breath, bringing about significant structural, emotional and psychological shifts. Practitioners experience significant release, embodying a sense of lightness.
This then put to use within the “active” or “fire” practice of Vinyasa Kumbhaka, an experience which will open you to an equally subtle and powerful approach to body and movement. Practitioners experience greater energy levels, inner space and freedom of movement.

About Antonio Albagli
The soul of an artist, Antonio has pursued the fine arts, poetry, music, and film-making from a very early age, fascinated by the ways in which subjective experiences can be communicated.
During his early formative years, experiences with death infused his artistic experiments with a deep yearning for meaning, an understanding of the transient nature of life and matter, and a fascination with the mystery of consciousness.
Through the practice and teachings of yoga he has experienced states of awareness which transcend the intellect, originate within subtler substrates of the mind, live in the body, and reflects the unravelling of our own true nature.
Antonio has found a practice and teaching style that is engaging, creative, informative, challenging, as well as therapeutic.
He draws from an intuitive combination of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative, and a deep curiosity on Music Psychology, Neuro-plasticity, Movement Studies and Anatomy.
