It’s been a rough lil bit, but this was such a rewarding experience at my job. 🎃I planned this #trunkortreat after designing and implementing a Community Partner program model for our agency. Both of these things established greater community support for our work and awareness for our mission. 👉🏼Bringing all of this to life wasn’t a chance or risk, it wasn’t because I’m bubbly and friendly, and it wasn’t because I’m young or new. This all worked because I put in the effort and commitment to continue to strive to be the best at what I do and translate that into positive impacts for my community. That’s the truth. Don’t ever let anyone chalk up your personal successses or triumphs to anything other than the hard work you’ve done. Be proud of what you do because you deserve to celebrate those wins you’ve worked for. Find a place that supports your growth, values your contributions, and supports your success as a reflection of its own worth. Most of all, find fulfillment.
