Does blinking a worldgorger dragon while his first ability is on the stack exile your board for good?
Not quite. The only thing you’ll exile permanently is Worldgorger Dragon.
So you have Worldgorger’s ETB trigger on the stack and you blink it. This causes both the LTB trigger of the pre-blink version and the ETB trigger of the post-blink version of Worldgorger to trigger. The LTB trigger doesn’t do anything, so the new ETB trigger will resolve and exile all your non-Worldgorger Dragon permanents. Finally, the original ETB trigger will resolve and exile Worldgorger Dragon permanently. This will cause post-blink Worldgorger’s LTB ability to trigger and return all the permanents exiled by its ETB to the battlefield.
