WORLD SWIM DAY Happy #worldswimday to everyone involved in our the aquatics world. So relieved that @millicentcostello can be at Senior @gbsynchro training this week. She has self isolated, except for training for weeks, driven down to Bristol on her own and taken up residence in Premier Inns so she can do this week. It is so important to her and she loves the sport so much. I cannot tell you how much I have stressed about this week and the days ahead for her but she’s cool as a cucumber!
