Worms getting Explode.

I thought the art style of Worms 4 felt familiar, then I realized it's angular vector graphics like Animal Jam I played a while ago. There may be more games that look like this but I don't know them 🤷♀️
Decided to grab this game with all customization unlocked. Decided to check the options, but have yet to actually try playing yet. It also don't have any sound for whatever reason, although I made sure my PC's sound is on, BlueStacks' sound is on, output audio device is selected in BlueStachs, in-game sound is on.
Is this like the only Worms game where you can customize your worms individually?
Edit: NVM, this is unplayable, every attempt to run the 1st level restarts the game. I thought I had to give my worms weapons, so I selected weapons for the first 4 worms - still.
